Democrat presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. said he has to "be careful" that the CIA doesn’t take him out. Kennedy told podcast host and comedian Joe Rogan that he thinks he would be assassinated by the CIA if elected president — as he has claimed the agency was involved in the assassination of his uncle, the late President John F. Kennedy. Candidates are being asked if they would give Trump a pardon in interviews and one even stood outside the Miami courthouse where he was arraigned on federal felony charges and challenged the rest of the field to pledge to pardon him. Businessman Vivek Ramaswamy said he sent a letter to the field trying to beat Trump for the nomination asking to promise to pardon the former president if he were to be convicted. Judge Marsha Pechman of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington issued a preliminary injunction, saying the city's ordinance that punishes graffiti "targets speech" and "poses a real and substantial threat of censorship."
