A COVID-19 vaccine requirement could force a number of students in the Clovis North Marching Band and Color Guard to miss this year’s Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. The band was one of nine selected to perform in the parade. As the United States heads into the fall and winter, questions are arising about whether the return of masks is needed to stem a potential COVID-19 surge.
