This brother duo might be the best-kept secret in CrossFit. Ant Haynes is a two-time Games athlete who famously accepted his 2023 Games invite a few days before the start of the annual spectacle. Despite this, he finished an impressive 30th while also pulling double-duty as a coach of a Masters athlete.

Speaking of coaches, his brother Ed has been coaching Ant while running an affiliate and training program in Hong Kong. Ed could be among the most knowledgeable people in CrossFit you have yet to hear about.
