One of the exciting parts of the CrossFit Games Semifinals is watching the evolution of young athletes. Every year, a young up-and-coming athlete makes a name for him or herself. We are joined by Erica Folo, who will be competing in Knoxville, Tennesee, at the Syndicate Crown Semifinal. After her 2018 CrossFit Games appearance as a team followed by 2023 CrossFit Games team appearance she is looking to book her ticket as an elite individual to the 2024 CrossFit Games.
