After a tough 2023 mentally, spiritually and physically, Khan Porter has prioritized making 2024 his best yet! He was selected to participate in the reboot of the Global phenomena Gladiators in Australia under the name of Spartan, and the news dropped this week that he has formed a super team for the 2024 Games season with fellow Aussie legends Kara Saunders and James Newbury with 2023 Games rookie and Aussie sensation Emily DeRooy.

PC and Bella were able to squeeze some time into his schedule to talk about last year and how he has bounced back this year. We also discuss his plans and how life back in Australia has been for the world traveller.
