This has been a long time coming for Kristof Horvath, first as a Games athlete and also as a guest of our show. The elder brother of the reigning "Fittest Woman on Earth" has been on a journey to finally compete at the Games and no longer be a spectator. Horvath heads to Fort Worth as a member of the star-studded CrossFit Walleye Orka team that will be a podium threat.

We talk about his journey as an athlete, coach, brother and boyfriend of Gabi Migala. The personal sacrifices he has made over the years and how he decided to make a run at the Games with this team.
