It's been awhile since we have seen George Sterner on the elite competition floor (2019 CrossFit Games as a matter of fact). After dipping his toe back into the sport with his fifth place showing in the TYR Wodapalooza Miami Online qualifier, Sterner makes his return in a few weeks on the sands of South Beach. Brian and PC were lucky enough to sit down and ask where this former Games teen sensation has been the last five years? Why did he choose to step-away from the sport? Why did he decide to come back? What are his expectations in Miami? Most importantly, why gardening?
