It's been awhile since we have seen George Sterner on the elite competition floor (2019 CrossFit Games as a matter of fact). After dipping his toe back into the sport with his fifth place showing in the TYR Wodapalooza Miami Online qualifier, Sterner makes his return in a few weeks on the sands of South Beach.
