Avengers: Doomsday is one year away from releasing to theaters but we officially have our first look at the next Avengers film with this short teaser that Disney is releasing before Avatar: Fire and Ash. In today's episode, we react to that teaser in real time and then discuss what it means for both the movie and the MCU as a whole. You won't want to miss it!
The 2026 slate in the Marvel Cinematic Universe is crazy. And with the Avengers: Doomsday trailer just around the corner, it's officially time for us to start hyping up 2026. After reflecting on our current rewatch journeys, we individually rank our excitement level for each of the 8 anticipated projects next year. From Wonder Man to Avengers: Doomsday, which project gets you the most pumped? Let us know in the comments!
Like a Phoenix rising from the ashes, Friends From Football makes its triumphant return in this standalone podcast episode. It's been over 2 years since I (Kyle) hopped on here to chat ball. With starting NFL QB (friend of the pod) Kirk Cousins balling last night, I felt like it was time to check in. This episode is part random NFL tangents, part therapy session and part celebration. While I realize that Kirk Cousins, the Falcons, Vikings and the NFL have probably almost no crossover with Marvel fans, I appreciate those of who you do stick around to listen.
It's so good to be back with y'all. Today's episode is a hodgepodge of random MCU and life updates. Plus, to celebrate the release of Fantastic Four: First Steps on Disney+, we chat with Ryan North for a few minutes about his work on the Fantastic Four comic and his time on the film set of Fantastic Four: First Steps.
The first Avengers movie that released in 2012 is still one of our favorite movies of all time. It really holds up well. In an effort to continue a tradition that we started years ago, today's episode is our complete live audio commentary on this film. We recorded this while watching the movie at the same time and we think that's probably how you should listen to the episode as well. Make sure to hit play on the film exactly at the moment we countdown to. We'll be back with another episode like this one for Avengers: Age of Ultron soon!
Do we want Dr. Doom to be a Tony Stark variant? How do we hope they handle the OG Avengers? What new characters would be cool to lead us forward into a new era? Dive into these questions and more in today's episode on Avengers: Doomsday and then let us know what you want to see in the comments!

This last weekend, Marvel Studios took the stage at NYCC for multiple events and announced / teased / confirmed many different news items. We now know that 2025 is going to be a massive year in the MCU with Wonder Man, Daredevil: Born Again Season 2, Spider-Man: Brand New Day, VisionQuest, and Avengers: Doomsday all releasing. Plus, there will be second seasons of X-Men '97 and Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man with the possibility of a Punisher special as well.
Today we have another FFW+ bonus "Friend-lee Freebie" episode where we discuss a simple question; "What do you want to see in Spider-Man: Brand New Day?"
Not "what do you think will happen" or "what will happen," but more "what would please you if it happened" kind of thing.
Spider-Man: Brand New Day releases in theaters on July 31, 2026.
