KW Agent Richard Hopkinson joins the Profit Share Mastery Podcast in this episode, sharing how he went from just 4 recruits in his downline across his first 15 years with Keller Williams to exponentially increasing that to 25 in just a single year! 

Richard shares that since using the Profit Share Recruiting Sites created by the McKissacks, he has added 23 people to his downline and generated over 2,500 recruiting leads over the last year and currently has 29 in his downline. He attributes his success to being driven and using the proven system and support provided by Profit Share Mastery. Richard finds joy in helping others succeed with profit share and changing their lives, just as others have changed his through real estate, and the recruiting sites have helped him achieve this goal. 

When asked what contributed to his success, Richard explains that he is very driven but was struggling until he found the Recruiting Sites. He also shares that he is now considering focusing more of his time on profit share recruiting through the program!
