After 18+ years of using his chemical engineering degrees and working for several pharmaceutical companies, Mohit obtained his MBA and learned about commercial real estate. He started his real estate journey buying single-family homes but quickly realized that commercial multifamily projects had more benefits and higher cash flow. In 2021, Mohit founded MV Capital Group to focus on offering scalability and stability to passive investors wanting to build portfolios with opportunities in the commercial multifamily market.
