“When you recruit people, you have to recruit people that are smarter than you and have more experience than you. And in the beginning, I hired people that didn't for the most part. And if I barely know what I'm doing, how am going to teach somebody? So now I only recruit people who have more experience. It's hard to do, but you got to stretch to kind of find really solid people, and then your company will grow and become much more organized and professional. Entrepreneurs think that they know everything, but really we don't know anything.”
Join me this week as I interview Mario Dattilo, founder and CEO of Equity Growth, Inc. Mario has over 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur and real estate investor. After starting a business while still in high school, he skipped college altogether and built a real estate brokerage where he found his true passion for investing. After several years of wholesaling and flipping single-family homes with his father, he explored commercial properties and discovered the manufactured home community niche. Today, Mario owns over 1,000+ MHP lots and over $100 million in commercial real estate assets across 6 states. As a leading expert in the MHP community, Mario continues to share his knowledge through coaching on his platform, Real Cash Flow Coaching, in addition to his podcast and YouTube channel.
