“It's very ‘normal’  for people to kind of plateau at some point in their career in terms of their knowledge, their growth, their salary, and all of that. I think one of the things for me is anytime I feel comfortable, I try to do something to make me feel uncomfortable, try to push growth a little bit, whether that's the Amazon store or the nonprofit that I'm working on. Whatever it is, like I try to do something that pushes the envelope a little bit and forces me to grow… That would be my advice to people is always invest in yourself, to the best of your ability.”
