Jake’s story is incredibly inspiring from a pivotal moment in high school that set off a fire in his belly, to overcoming a $52k loss and turning it into a triple win with his next investment. Over the span of 7 years, Jake has built an impressive $4 million property portfolio, with a huge $1.6 million in equity.

Jake and Sam reflect on the beginnings of Jake’s investment journey earning $9 an hour as an apprentice plumber, influenced and encouraged greatly by his parent’s own journey and hard work. Jake’s pure grit and determination is clear at every point in his story, and it’s obvious in his success how resilient and focussed he has remained and the challenges he's overcome.
