"You make a molehill out of a mountain", is what was said to me at the end of a conversation yesterday. And I just love it because I think it really sums up what I do. It tells you how I help people. Where there is stress and overwhelm I help there to be more calm, clarity and simplicity.
The opposite 'making a mountain out of a molehill' is what we, as humans are doing all day every day. We take a circumstance, a simple occurrence and we add THOUGHT! We make up stories, add in our past and manufacture the future and most of the time we have no idea we are doing it. But once you start to see you are doing that it magically stops.
