#061. Our friend and art teacher Greg Lawrence joins us to continue an important conversation about the value of art which we touched on an episode ago. Before we took the deep dive into the subjective world of defining art, we discussed some fresh news: the XFL is BACK! OR at least that's the hope. The Rock came bounding into the sports league arena to take over like only he can; oiled up, snarling, swollen, and a big wad of cash. This can only be a good thing. Then we somehow transitioned into the world of art. Listen to us struggle and debate as we try to define art and discuss its value. #056. We were honored to have Kent Justice, a professional news anchor, on our little podcast to answer our questions. He was willing to give thoughtful answers about his career, his life, mashed potatoes, and pants (yes, they wear pants.)  From silly questions about an unnamed feature film starring Will Ferrell, to more serious questions about the importance of journalism despite the presence of corporate media with the words "fake news" being thrown around, Kent gives us his seasoned point of view from a place of real experience. This is quite an interesting chat with a man who truly wants to be an asset to his community, and he is pulling that off both in the studio and in his own neighborhood.  Thanks to Kent and to his family for letting us borrow him for a while! #055. Here we discuss our thoughts on manliness...or lack thereof. We decided to take some time to lightheartedly discuss those things which are considered manly but we just can't seem to pull off. You know; handing in your man-card moments. Sure, we laughed at ourselves, but in a rare circumstance we found ourselves trapped in a conversation about sociology. We are looking for three things in our search for answers. First, we want the thoughtful perspectives AND the silly stories/facts from both men and women as it pertains to manliness. Second, we're always looking for fart jokes. Third, Kory needs help leveling his yard and moving a swing set for his pool. He said pizza is involved. PEACE! Oh!
