Jill discusses the Full Moon and how we can harness that energy in our life. 

The Full Moon in May, occurring on May 7, 2020 is the annual Lunar Festival called the Wesak Moon.  Jill will explain why this is a powerful time to connect to the lunar energies.  

Jill teaches two Tibetan mantras in Sanskrit that are beneficial to chant at the Wesak Full Moon. 

“Om Mani Padme Hum”  - translation: “Praise to the Jewel in the Lotus” 

Chanted to the being of great compassion who has put off final liberation until all sentient beings have achieved enlightenment

“Om Ha Ksa Ma La Va Ra Yam Swaha” known as the “Kalachakra Mantra.” 

The Dalai Lama encourages chanting of this mantra at this time on Earth for personal and planetary evolution.
