There is a part of the conversation where I share how tempting it was to ditch my simple strength plan and follow the “fun” workouts I saw other women doing at the gym. My body did not need another shiny plan. It needed the same lifts, again and again, so it could actually grow stronger.

That is what this whole episode is about:

Stop chasing motivation. Start mastering the mundane.
