We're going to get deep into today's episode. Were you doing it for yourself when you started that business, applied for college, or even worked in the corporate world, or were you doing it to make the next person happy?
Many times, we find ourselves in situations where we don't even consider whether or not what we're doing is making us happy. Can I look back in ten years and say that everything that I did, I did it for me?
Chevron and Elvanice discuss meditation and narrowing in on pursuing your passion in today's episode.

Rule #1: Be your own boss, make your own money, and live a better life. In today's episode, we discuss whether it's okay or wrong to rely on your significant other to pay your bills, or whether you should take charge and pay your own. In today's world, we see a lot of women who expect the man to pay for everything while also introducing them to a new lifestyle.
Now it's time to talk about automation. What if your supervisor informed you that you will be replaced at work by robots? What would you do if you found yourself in this situation? What would you do if you needed to pay your bills? Wages and inflation have both increased. We discuss how to become recession-proof and how to stay financially stable in the worst-case situation. Tune in and let's dive in on the conversation.

I'm sure you've heard the phrase "There's no business without a business plan," and I guess we can agree to disagree on that. It's fine to have a business strategy, but if you're testing the waters for the first time and have no idea what you're doing, your company plan will constantly change. So why don't you just go through the motions and figure it out as you go along?
Also, how serious are you about starting your own business? What made you decide to take this path and realize you'd rather be your own boss than work for someone else? Is it because you don't think you're getting paid? Do you feel undervalued? or is it because you've never envisioned yourself spending the rest of your life working for someone? Listen here as Elvanice and Chevron talk about all of the business adventures they've had to now work together as business partners.

Have you ever come to a halt and found yourself with your back against a wall? Wallace has had to deal with a lot of them. We get to listen to Sean Wallace as he overcomes adversity to get to where he is now. From growing up in a far less environment to serving in the military and working in law enforcement, to now running a clothing business.
I'm sure you heard 10-8 when watching or listening to law enforcement speak. 10-8 refers to being in-service and ready to work, or being the greatest at what you do. Wallace was able to tell how he was able to avoid suffering throughout the pandemic as well as how he was able to detach his business from the BLM movement while being the greatest at it, despite the fact that his business was pre-covid.
Finally, Wallace provides a useful life tool that we may use in our daily lives, stating that self-investment is the only way to ensure a return on investment.
