The investable universe in Australia across the mainstream commercial property asset classes currently totals about $896 billion. It’s a significant market which covers the nation’s office, industrial and logistics, and retail spaces.  

Sydney holds the highest share of capital stock across these three sectors, accounting for 40% of the national total. More importantly, its investable universe is expected to grow to $464 billion by 2026, and with that growth comes opportunity.
