In this episode, we explore how believers can navigate the demands of graduate school with wisdom, humility, and grace. Graduate studies often come with intense academic pressure, research expectations, deadlines, and moments of uncertainty. As believers, we are called to approach these challenges with a different mindset, recognizing God as the source of our strength, understanding, and direction.

This discussion highlights the importance of depending on God’s grace while pursuing academic excellence. Rather than relying solely on personal ability or becoming overwhelmed by the pressures of graduate life, believers are encouraged to cultivate a posture of trust, prayer, discipline, and perseverance. Through this perspective, graduate school becomes not only a place of intellectual growth but also a season of spiritual formation and character development.

In addition to these spiritual insights, the episode also provides practical guidelines for handling the realities of graduate school, such as managing time effectively, staying organized with research and coursework, maintaining balance, and approaching academic responsibilities with diligence and integrity.

In this episode, we took a deep dive into critically examining the path of a believer toward salvation. Building on previous teachings, our Pastor showed us how we are supposed to journey to Mount Zion, which represents becoming Christ, and then to the City of God, where believers are called to become like the Father, fully aligned with His nature.

We explore the hope promised to all who follow Christ and why attaining this hope is essential for spiritual maturity. As Pastor Israel Ajiboye often emphasizes, daily engagement with God’s Word and obedience to the promptings of the Holy Spirit are the keys that draw us closer to fulfilling our calling.

This episode explores the realities of the last days and the spiritual battle against the dragon, Satan, and his fallen angels. Our Pastor explains why believers cannot overcome the dragon without continually feeding on God’s Word. We also examine the “heaven of heavens,” describing the different categories of angels in each realm:

The Stars of God: representing might and dominion in the first heaven.The Seraphim: dwelling in the second heaven, also called the mountain of God or the mount of congregation.The Cherubim: residing in the third heaven, the heights of the clouds, which is Paradise.

Additionally, we discuss how Satan and his fallen angels currently occupy the “heaven of the earth,” referred to in Scripture as the air, and how Adam’s disobedience allowed this realm to fall under enemy control.

Finally, we discuss the believer’s calling to reclaim spiritual authority, overthrow the enemy, and clear the way for the Lord to send forth His angels to execute His will on earth. This episode is a profound call to spiritual vigilance, obedience, and hope in God’s ultimate plan, showing how believers can grow from being in Christ at Mount Zion to fully becoming like the Father in the City of God.

In this episode, our Pastor answered questions about the spirit, soul, and body of man, which we have been exploring over the past six weeks.

The Lord desires that we grow in understanding of every part of our being. As we’ve discussed, the spirit is the inner man. It is the part of us that receives salvation when we believe in and confess the Lord Jesus Christ. The soul, however, requires intentional renewal through the Word of God, obedience, and transformation. The body, too, will ultimately share in salvation as the work of God is completed in us.

As believers, we are called to present our spirit, soul, and body blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. This is a lifelong journey of surrender, growth, and alignment with God’s will.

Therefore, let us devote ourselves to hearing and applying the Word, that we may be conformed to the image of the Son of God.

In today’s episode, we take a deeper look at the nature of the body and its role in the journey of a believer. We established that the body is the vessel that houses the spirit and the soul, and that what is done in the body on earth carries eternal significance. Our actions in the body determine the judgment we will face, and our Pastor carefully distinguished between the judgment of a believer and that of an unbeliever.

We emphasized the urgency of receiving salvation while we are still in the body, because our reward is dependent on what is done in our bodies.

We also explored the truth that the body is not our own but belongs to the Lord (1 Corinthians 6:19). While the soul often seeks to express its desires through the body, we are called to exercise discipline and keep the body under subjection.

Finally, we discussed the necessity of having faith for healing in the body. Faith is described as the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. We learn to receive what we desire in faith before having it (Mark 11:24). The body, therefore, is very important for God’s plan and central to fulfilling His purpose for our lives.

In today’s episode, we take a deeper and more intentional look at the salvation of the soul. We examine God’s original intent for man, recognizing that salvation was not an afterthought in response to sin, but his eternal purpose from the very beginning.

We also unpacked that a saved man is one who no longer has the ability to turn away from the Lord.

From there, we explored the journey of the saving the soul. It begins with continually giving ourselves to the hearing of the Word. Through hearing, we begin to see, our spiritual perception changes, and we behold the Lord according to the revelation we have received. From seeing, we move into believing, not just mentally agreeing, but living out the Word we have heard. Finally, we come into witnessing, the full embodiment and expression of what we have heard, seen, and believed. Each stage builds upon the other, forming a pathway into maturity.

We also discussed the seriousness required in our spiritual walk, emphasizing that growth does not happen casually. Our pastor proceeded to explain the three divisions of the Word: milk, meat, and strong meat, and the role they play in our spiritual growth.

Lastly, it was strongly reinforced that the salvation of the soul cannot be accomplished without the Holy Ghost.
