Paige describes herself as a "pracademic" -- someone who is a practitioner as well as an academic, bridging the two worlds. She uses the science of well-being to improve the performance of leaders and organizations. Her expertise in the areas of positive psychology and well-being, as well as in strengths coaching (she is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach), has broad application to organizations and individuals.
