如果你因为生病无法到校，家长通常会打电话或者发信息联系老师。表达的方法可以很简单，比如这样开始：

如果是请假一天，可以这样说：

“Hi，Mrs. Brown，(你的名字)今天生病了，无法来上学，希望很快能恢复，明天可能可以到学校。”

当然，也可以用更简洁的方式： “Hi，Mrs. Brown，我今天生病了，所以不能去上学。”

（顺便提一句，录这段话的时候，我鼻子堵得厉害，说话都怪怪的，感觉很应景，毕竟生病时就是这种状态嘛。）

如果是因为有预约（比如看牙医、做体检）需要请假，也可以这样说：

“Hi，Mrs. Brown，(你的名字)今天有个牙医预约/眼科检查，所以无法来上学。”

又或者： “Hi，Mrs. Brown，(你的名字)今天要做手术/看医生，所以无法到校。”

如果只是半天请假，需要更具体地说明时间，比如：

“Hi，Mrs. Brown，(你的名字)今天有个牙医预约，上午10点需要离开，预计下午2点回来继续上课。”

无论是哪种情况，重点就是：✅ 说明是谁请假✅ 说明请假的原因（生病/预约）✅ 如果是半天离开，要告诉老师离开和返回的时间

简单明了，老师一听就能明白，也方便学校安排！

It could also be for other reasons like a minor surgery, a medical check-up, or other important matters.

What if you’re only leaving school for part of the day?

In that case, your parent should mention the specific time:"Hi Mrs. Brown, [Your Name] will be leaving school at 10 AM for a dentist appointment but will return by 2 PM."

If you’re leaving and not coming back for the rest of the day, just stick to the first part:mention you’ll be absent due to the appointment.
