WARIRAN

We begin with Trump preparing to send ~20,000 soldiers into the Persian Gulf, and that estimate is on the low side, likely to grow. 10K already are near their final target zone, bringing the total of troops already in the general vicinity (land bases and sea) to 50K. Trump not only already has engaged in War Crimes in Iran, facilitated Israeli War Crimes in Gaza, and committed mass murder in the Caribbean and eastern Pacific, he has not spoken out re the Israelis targeting civilian infrastructure in Iran, and he doubled down, making his deceit re “negotiations” (which he previously has used to trick Iranians, before blasting them) even more egregious. Here, he makes it worse, openly calling for more attacks on civilian infrastructure - more war crime activity. In announcing his latest threat of commanding his soldiers to attack civilian infrastructure, Trump also wove in a deft “out”, claiming that the US has engaged in “regime change” and that his team was making “great progress” negotiating with the Iranian team. That claim of “progress” has not been verified by anyone, so it appears as if Trump is lying, again. Trump appears to be pulling his standby trick of trying to talk down oil prices by claiming “progress” in “negotiations” - utterly bogus.
Additionally, the US demands, as we will see in a video below of Marco Rubio, are thuggish demands that Iran need not accept, and would be crazy to accept. Iran’s government has control of the Persian Gulf, and its government demands these key things: A. US bases out of the Middle East. B. All sanctions lifted. C Reparations paid by US.
Some of the observers I know have mentioned that they think Trump is desperate to find a way out that will make it look as if the US has control and has ended any Iranian “nuclear development” - Iran will not give up nuclear power. Here is the toxic mixture of Trump’s “Truth Social” post.

Meanwhile, CENTCOM has confirmed that the USS Tripoli (LHA 7) arrived in the U.S. Central Command “area of responsibility” (what a quaint way to say, intended occupation zone) waters on Friday, with 3,500 U.S. sailors and Marines on board. This tax-fed, tax-clothed, tax-paid, tax-armed deployment builds on the existing presence, to bring the total to around 50,000 tax-paid U.S. troops in the region. Here is AntiWar on it LINK -
And, as Judge Napolitano and Larry Johnson explain, with footage of Cong Jim Hines (D -CT) from CBS, Trump is not having his “team” properly/legally brief the House Intel Comm on the Trump troop deployment The Congress might notice that they have not declared WAR, so they need to stop him and impeach him (that is for those who think the Constitution is a valid claim of authority over you, which is not the case, but we can, at least, demand that the politician abide by it).

As Natali Morris, of Redacted (Mon-Thurs, 4 pm on YT and Rumble and X) this morning wrote: ‘Nothing says “we’re committed to peace” like sending more troops toward Iran right before negotiations are to take place, and Parliament speaker Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf has taken note of it, saying, “the enemy publicly signals negotiations while secretly planning a ground invasion.” Last week, Marines received a letter from Lieutenant General Leonard F. Anderson IV, commander of Marine Forces Reserve, in which they were told to “prepare your family” and “check their gear.” The most noteworthy line read, “Our forces are currently engaged in operations connected to Iran and are positioned to preserve stability in the Western Hemisphere.”
Apparently, “preserving stability” requires sending more U.S. fighters as opposed to gearing up on negotiation tactics.
Regarding military deployment to Iran, will the IDF fight too? According to reports, no, they won’t. Why would they? Israeli billionaires leased the U.S. military. Meanwhile, Houthis are ramping up attacks on Israel to support Iran, and the U.S. cannot fight them at the same time, nor can Israel while fighting in Lebanon. The Houthis entered the conflict on Saturday with two missile and drone attacks on Israel in the space of fewer than 24 hours.’

Meanwhile, Oklahoma Sen (R) Lankford claims the US has “won” or “is winning.”

Funny… because the WaPo says something quite different, and so does the activity of the US.

And Rubio is clueless…

This development, from the UN, is both alarming and not surprising.

And Max Blumenthal stresses what we know: the Trump Admin is saying it needs to take military action to open the Strait of Hormuz, which was open before the US engaged in its military action and Iran closed BECAUSE of the US military action.

Notice how Rubio lies here, telling George Stephanopoulos that “…if Iran had agreed to give up its nuclear ambitions and been open to inspections like every other regime…” first, IRAN WAS OPEN to inspections under the Nuclear non-Proliferation Treaty and the JCPOA, the latter of which Trump dumped. Second, Israel has nukes and is NOT open to inspections. Third, it is not Rubio’s place to threaten Iranians about anything their government does that is not a direct threat to the US, and even if the nation of Iran did threaten, the US Congress would have to DECLARE WAR.

WH spokes-genocider Karoline Leavitt just openly admitted that Trump engaged in assassination of Iranian negotiators because he did not like their positions. This is low in volume, so we’ll record it and reproduce it for the Liberty Conspiracy Live broadcast tonight.

-Prof Pape (U of Chicago) will be a guest speaker at the next Ron Paul Institute conference in TX.

But, that’s okay, because the US is in very good financial health… (i.e. The US economy is getting its proverbial head kicked in.)

This entire conversation is absolutely essential to see how close the US and Israel are taking the Middle East to nuclear bombing. Prof Postol of MIT explains that Iran can use its civilian nuclear material to create a bomb, that the previous agreements the US had allowed inspectors to see what Iran was doing, and that the threats by the US and Isreal are leading to significant risk of nuclear attack by Israel, and the only thing that might stop Israel is this chance that Iran might reverse policy from the previous Ayatollah and engage in this procedure.

As we noted in the Sunday News Assembly, Israel continues targeting and killing journalists. Israeli invasion/occupation forces launched multiple strikes on a marked press vehicle near Jezzine in southern Lebanon, killing three journalists and wounding others after firing four missiles. The IDF says one of these journalists was a Hezbollah terrorist, which is baseless. And, in what appears to be an attempt to replicate the “Gaza model” of occupation, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has instructed his military to expand invasions of southern Lebanon. This is concerning given that the Health Ministry is reporting that Israel has already killed 1,094 in Lebanon this month, and this includes 121 children. The IDF claims that at least 700 of those killed were Hezbollah members, though it has offered no proof.

GAS PRICES - THE GULF CLOSURE MEETS GAVIN NEWSOM’S PREVIOUS MANDATES IN CA

Headline: “Gas prices surge as LA council confronts fallout from Phillips 66 refinery shutdown” LINK For context, Phillips 66 announced on October 16, 2024, that it would cease operations at its 139,000-barrel-per-day (bpd) Los Angeles-area refinery complex (spanning Wilmington and Carson sites, connected by pipeline, ~650–1,300 acres total) in Q4 2025, citing “long-term uncertainty” and “market dynamics.” The facility (one integrated refinery operation, not two separate ones) supplied roughly 8% of California’s gasoline. It began phasing down crude intake in September/October 2025, with final processing around mid-October 2025 and full idling by year-end 2025; it is now closed as of early 2026, with associated layoffs (600 employees + contractors). Phillips 66 still maintains other California assets (e.g., fuel terminals, distribution infrastructure, and previously converted Rodeo renewable diesel operations in the Bay Area) and has stated it is “not exiting California” while continuing to supply fuel to the state (including imports and renewables). BREAKING:

As the immoral, unconstitutional, Trump aggression tag-teams with Israel against Iran (Trump claiming to delay attacks on civilian infrastructure, while Netanyahu takes up Trump’s evil baton), we see new “No Kings” rallies all over the United States. Ironically, many of the protests against Trump during his first Admin were slightly off-base accusing him of ultra-racism or thuggery, accusing him of wanting to shut down journalism… But now, Trump has moved into that target zone, and it fits quite well. Organizers expected more than 9 million participants across more than 3,000–3,300 events in all 50 states (plus some international ones). This would make it the largest single-day protest turnout in U.S. history, topping the previous No Kings rounds (~5 million in June 2025 and ~7 million in October 2025). Final verified numbers have not been released, but here are some estimates:

• Boston: Organizers projected ~100,000 at the main rally on Boston Common (2–4 p.m. ET). Early aerial views and reports confirm tens of thousands already gathered, with speakers including Gov. Maura Healey. This aligns with the scale of prior Boston No Kings events.

• Chicago: Organizers and past patterns point to 200,000–250,000 range (October 2025 drew roughly 250,000 in Grant Park per organizer estimates).

• Washington, D.C.: Previous October event drew an estimated >200,000. Today’s marches crossed Memorial Bridge toward the Lincoln Memorial and National Mall rallies; live coverage shows what appears to be more than 100,000 marching.

• New York City: Organizers previously estimated up to 350,000 across boroughs (NYPD counted >100,000 in October). Today’s main march started at Central Park South, filled midtown/Times Square, and included prominent speakers (e.g., Robert De Niro).

• Los Angeles: Organizers projected >100,000 across the LA/Southern California region (dozens of events, including Beverly Hills, Burbank, West Hollywood, etc.). The downtown Los Angeles rally (Gloria Molina Grand Park / City Hall area) was expected to draw tens of thousands; live reports note “thousands” already present with notable visuals (e.g., the ubiquitous Trump Baby blimp). Pacific Coast Highway and other sites added to the regional total.

And… ISRAEL-US hit a water plant in Iran. This is not a good sign that Trump is, in any way, interested in “negotiating” with Iranian government reps. He and Netanyahu are escalating, while Trump spouts nonsense about “negotiating”.

Meanwhile, the CPAC crowd? Not quite as jazzed as the No Kings protesters.

THE YEMEN FACTOR

While Yemen’s “internationally recognized” government has not formally “agreed” to an alliance (the country remains divided), the Houthis — who control much of Yemen including the capital and Red Sea coast—explicitly have declared they support Iran, and are prepared for direct military intervention. On Thursday and Friday, Houthi military spokesman Yahya Saree said their “fingers are on the trigger” for intervention if new alliances join the US/Israel against Iran, if the Red Sea is used for attacks on Iran, or if escalation continues. They described themselves as ready to “help Iran” and have now launched ballistic and cruise missiles at Israel—their first such strikes since the wider war began—marking what multiple outlets call their effective entry into the conflict on Iran’s side. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT… If Yemen fully aligns with Iran in the US-Iran conflict, Houthi forces could seize control of the Bab el-Mandeb Strait, sealing the southern Red Sea. This narrow gateway could trap super-tankers (VLCCs) inside the Red Sea, halting their exit. Saudi Arabia’s East-West pipeline already funnels millions of barrels daily to Red Sea terminals like Yanbu as a Hormuz workaround. Yet VLCCs cannot transit the Suez Canal due to size and draft limits; they must exit southward. A locked Bab el-Mandeb would strand Saudi oil entirely, forcing impossible reroutes around Africa and spiking freight costs by 12–15 days (check out this Economic Times analysis: https://m.economictimes.com/news/international/us/oil-prices-in-for-more-shock-what-could-happen-if-the-houthis-of-yemen-close-the-bab-al-mandab-strait/articleshow/129609085.cms).
This, coupled with Iran’s ability to close the Strait of Hormuz—through which 27% of world oil and 22% of LNG flows during normal operation—threatens an even greater shock.
US politicians increasingly warn that Iran could condition strait reopening on yuan-denominated oil trades, accelerating de-dollarization. By demanding Petro-Yuan payments for passage, Tehran would fracture the dollar’s seven-decade dominance in energy settlement, echoing Britain’s 1956 Suez collapse (Fortune: https://fortune.com/2026/03/24/iran-hormuz-petrodollar-national-debt-trump/). Together, these twin chokepoints could paralyze Saudi exports, accelerate fuel price increases, and deliver a death knell to dollar hegemony—redrawing global trade in the course of any widening battle.
-Meanwhile, Marco Rubio set off to beg European governments to help do what Trump said was already done: control the Persian Gulf. And, after his meetings, Rubio openly stated that the Europeans were akin to ungrateful for the great beneficence of the US in putting the world fuel supply in jeopardy.

And, just a reminder, Trump will be lucky if he can get Iran to agree to what he already had handed to him after Obama, via the JCPOA.

-The Trump Administration only can shorten this by ending their hostilities and NOT placing ground troops into the region, by stopping bombings, and ending “sanctions”

-Trump claimed that the Saudi Crown Prince was “kissing” his arse to get protection and work with the US against Iran. Here is a valuable observation about Trump’s mindset and approach. He is not making friends.

-And, as that happens, we remind ourselves here that Israel is striking civilian sites in Iran - which will see retaliation from Iran soon if the IDF-US do not stop this.

But, of course, Mark Levin wants a total invasion, deep inside Iran. The US would be sending more men into a suicide zone.

The economic consequences are showing, and will grow worse,

Trump repeatedly has extended deadlines for the “severe actions” he has threatened (boots on ground — perhaps on islands like Kharg and Qeshm [to the east]— and bombing of civilian infrastructure — but see what Israel is doing, which we note, below):

• He postponed strikes on Iran’s power plants and energy infrastructure (originally tied to reopening the Strait of Hormuz). The latest extension gives Iran until April 6, 2026, at 8 p.m. ET. He cited “positive developments” in negotiations and even a request from the Iranian side. LINK

• Trump publicly said talks are “going very well,” claimed Iran is “begging” for a deal, and described some Iranian gesture as a “very big present.” However, Iran publicly denies serious negotiations, calls US claims “fake news,” accuses Trump of “negotiating with himself,” and insists it will only end the war on its own terms. Messages are being exchanged indirectly (e.g., via Pakistan). LINK

Meanwhile:

• Israeli strikes continue and appear to be expanding, including recent hits on Iranian steel plants, nuclear-related sites, and power infrastructure—actions Iran says violate any pause and amount to “backstabbing” the US diplomatic window. Israel has warned its attacks “will escalate and expand.”

• US-Israeli joint operations and air strikes persist, while Iran has launched missiles/drones at regional targets (including US bases, which some reports say have left many uninhabitable, forcing remote work for troops). Here are Ron Paul and Chris Rossini on the bases of US Empire. LINK

-Yet, despite all the damage, the Iranians are trying to facilitate humanitarian aid. Israeli strikes described as continuing.)
-The fearmongering yesterday at Trump’s Cabinet meeting was astounding, and full of self-contradictions. Here is the clip of JD Vance offering as a rationale for attacking Iran the fear that Iranian “militants” might supply “terrorists” (as the US defines it, that is a very loose, politically-expedient, term) the fear of nuclear-vests on “terrorists”.

-In response, I thought I would offer: “Mr. Vance might want to discuss the US attacking Iranian nuclear energy sites last year, and, years ago, the US-Mossad computer virus attack on Iranian nuclear energy-related work that could have released radioactive agents and killed thousands. Not to mention the current US mass slaughter in Iran, the extrajudicial murders in the Caribbean and Eastern Pacific, and the US not bothering to cite Israel for its nuclear weapons. And if JD is so worried about nuclear material getting into the wrong hands, why did his boss dump the JCPOA, which actually ALLOWED US inspectors into Iran?”

THE EFFECT OF US AGGRESSION ON WORLD ECONOMY, US ECONOMY

-Europe and the UK are facing a serious energy crunch in March 2026, driven by the Iran conflict and the closure of the Strait of Hormuz. This is disrupting oil and LNG supplies, causing gas prices to surge (up ~70% in Europe this month), low storage levels (Europe ~28-30% full, UK with only ~2 days of gas reserves), and warnings of fuel shortages and higher electricity costs by April. Governments are discussing demand curbs, rationing possibilities, and accelerating renewables, but immediate risks of blackouts or restricted supply loom—especially since much electricity generation relies on gas. This ties directly into the higher natural gas/oil prices and fertilizer cost pressures (as gas is a key fertilizer feedstock), and the broader supply-chain disruptions from Hormuz. HEADLINE: “Is Europe sleepwalking into its worst gas crisis since 2022?” LINK
-The closure of the Strait is directly threatening Taiwan’s semiconductor industry, particularly TSMC, which produces ~90% of the world’s most advanced chips. Taiwan imports 97% of its energy and relies on LNG for up to 40% of its electricity generation (with Qatar supplying ~33-37% of that LNG, all routed through Hormuz). TSMC’s fabs are extremely power-hungry. Additionally, ~1/3 of global helium (critical for chip manufacturing processes like cooling wafers and lithography) comes from Qatar and is now disrupted, with ~200 specialized containers stranded near the strait. Taiwan’s LNG reserves are critically low (11 days), raising risks of power shortages, production slowdowns, higher costs, and global chip supply disruptions/delays (especially for AI, smartphones, and data centers). Some reports also note knock-on effects from sulfuric acid and other chemical shortages tied to Gulf refining. LINK

This is nice to see. I know that many people have problems with Wal Mart, but its teams through the years also have offered many positives. This is a positive. Headline: “Walmart heiress educates on why ICE needs to release 70% of detainees in new ad” LINK The woman referenced in the MSN article is Christy Walton, a Walmart heiress (widow of John T. Walton, son of Walmart founder Sam Walton) and billionaire philanthropist/political donor who lives a relatively private life in Wyoming. Her recent public statement on migrants/ICE detainees is not a personal video—she communicated it exclusively through a paid full-page ad (print in The New York Times on March 22, 2026, plus other papers, and a digital version). The ad calls for releasing ~70% of ICE detainees who have no criminal convictions (citing a Cato Institute study), quotes the Fourth Amendment, and urges due process for the rest while criticizing conditions in detention. A federal judge in Boston temporarily blocked a new Trump administration policy on March 23, 2026, that would have allowed the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to arrest and detain thousands of lawfully admitted refugees who hadn’t yet obtained green cards (lawful permanent resident status) after one year in the U.S.
The ruling came from U.S. District Judge Richard G. Stearns (or Richard Stearns) in the District of Massachusetts. It was issued at the request of six refugees (from countries including Rwanda, Iraq, Afghanistan, and Sudan) plus two refugee advocacy groups. The judge found that the plaintiffs were likely to succeed on the merits of their claims and would suffer irreparable harm without the block. The Trump administration did not file opposition to the request for a preliminary injunction, so the policy is on hold nationwide while the full lawsuit proceeds. This stems from a DHS memo (part of what’s called “Operation PARRIS”) issued earlier in 2026. It targeted refugees who were legally resettled through the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program but hadn’t adjusted their status to green-card holders within the usual one-year window. Historically, these refugees weren’t subject to detention solely for that reason— they had been vetted extensively before arrival and were on a clear path to permanent residency. The new policy treated the delay as grounds for arrest and potential detention, which plaintiffs called an unlawful shift from decades of practice and a misinterpretation of it. (Note: This is separate from—but related to—an earlier January/February 2026 case in Minnesota, where Judge John Tunheim issued a similar block limited to that state for about 5,600 refugees. The Boston ruling appears broader.) • Court: U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

• Date: Very recent (opinion issued around March 24, 2026 or shortly before).

• Case: Buenrostro Mendez v. Bondi (or similar spelling; full citation often 25-20496).

• What it does: It expands the definition of who qualifies as an “arriving alien” under immigration law. This makes it harder for certain noncitizens (especially those who entered illegally or without inspection) to use last-minute asylum claims as a tactic to stall or prevent deportation/removal.

• Key point: It affects people in removal proceedings who try to file defensive asylum applications late in the process. The ruling broadens the category of “arriving aliens,” which has procedural consequences for bond, detention, and the ability to remain in the U.S. while claims are litigated. It’s being praised by enforcement advocates as closing a loophole that allowed delays.

WARIRAN

The Iranian government’s denial of Trump’s claim that the US was “negotiating” with them is holding up. Trump has offered no evidence of any negotiations, and the Iranians say they will continue to fight until the US-Zionist hegemony in the Middle East is defanged, reduced… Here is the latest, from RT. -And this comports with the latest from Pakistan, where the US sent “envoys” who… were not met by any Iranian negotiators at all.

-And, yes, as Trump announced his stock-manipulating “delay” of a US attack on Iranian infrastructure and civilian life beyond the already vile attacks from the US, Israel filled the vile void, and ramped up attacks on civilian infrastructure. In Gaza, local media reports that the IDF tortured an 18-month old boy to terrorize his father, who remains in custody with about 14,000 others. They also set fire to a fishing boat and killed at least nine people over the Eid holiday.

In the West Bank, Israeli settlers (read: terrorists) are conducting a raid of arson attacks on homes and cars.

In Lebanon, the IDF has ordered the destruction of every bridge across the Litani River, presumably to prevent any return by the hundreds of thousands of people who are evacuating. Israel is claiming all the land up to the south bank of the river. That’s 1/3 of the country.

This video of Chip Roy is being described as him admitting that the SAVE Act will be used to exclude or discourage women from voting. But, in fact, he says in it that, despite his female staffer having to “go through hoops” to vote in her state where ID is required, the SAVE “doesn’t” stand in the way of women voting. That is in the eye of the beholder, of course, and the larger constitutional matter of the bill is what is the most problematic: it federalizes what the Constitution leaves to the states, which is the election process spelled out in Article Two for “chusing” their electors to engage in the Electoral College vote for Prez. Here is the clip, and you can assess it. One thing to recall is that this is predicated on worry that “foreigners” will meddle with the US vote, when voting ITSELF typically is a process of people voting to meddle with the lives of others. The hypocrisy is obvious.

FREE SPEECH

GOP Senator from TN, Marsha Blackburn is leaving office soon, and likely will win t the race for TN governor. She recently introduced the “TRUMP AMERICA AI Act” (full formal title: The Republic Unifying Meritocratic Performance Advancing Machine Intelligence by Eliminating Regulatory Interstate Chaos Across American Industry Act). This is a nearly 300-page discussion draft she released on March 18, (updated from an earlier December 2025 version), and it aims to codify President Trump’s December 2025 executive order calling for a single national AI “rulebook” to preempt a “patchwork” of state AI laws, “unleash U.S. innovation in the global AI race” (especially vs. China), and protect the “4 Cs.”** Key provisions include:

• A “duty of care” requiring AI developers and deployers to prevent “reasonably foreseeable harms” (with liability for “defective design,” “failure to warn,” etc.).

• Incorporation of KOSA (child online safety), the NO FAKES Act (deepfakes/voice-likeness protections), and related bills.

• Mandates for audits (e.g., bias/political viewpoint), transparency on AI’s job/infrastructure impacts, content provenance/watermarking standards, and age verification for AI chatbots (via the GUARD Act).

• Explicit repeal (sunset) of Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act two years after enactment—removing the longstanding immunity that shields online platforms from liability for user-generated content.
