Here are some of the big issues we covered tonight….

    WAR

US-ISRAEL v Iran, Peace, Gaza, Lebanon, West Bank, Jerusalem

Before we dig into the MoU, let’s look at this.

The US govt at 2:00 edt released the text of what they claim is the MoU

This is powerful, from the Hezbollah leadership

Trump is saying a lot at the G7 in France, prior to the official signing, scheduled, it appears, for Friday, in Geneva. Notice how his statement seems to align with what some of us speculated on Liberty Conspiracy Live last night - that the Iranians would agree to a low-level of enrichment, consistent with the JCPOA level for energy, and give up any higher-enriched materials, and Trump would call that a victory.

And, as we discussed last night, Trump is giving lip service to the idea that Israel should lay off Lebanon, and implying that Al Sharaa would be able to act more humanely than Netanyahu in “handling Hezbollah”. Last night, recall, we played vid of Trump saying he “put him in” office (that being al Jolani/Sharaa) Here are The Judge and Aaron Mate on that and on Mike Huckabee (more on him in a moment)

And here is Naftali Bennett, who likely will become the next Israeli PM when Netanyahu leaves office. Bennett is even more bellicose than Netanyahu, but, of course, claims he is working for the “freedom of the Iranian people”. I suspect Trump knows Netanyahu is leaving, so is going to see a momentary lull in Israeli aggression in Lebanon and Gaza as the US and Iran work on the “MoU” to make it an agreement, then, when Bennett comes in, the Israelis will ramp up their attacks in Lebanon, Gaza, and the West Bank.

And here are some of the key stories we got to cover tonight…

    WAR

The electronically signed MoU, mediated by Pakistan and Qatar, pauses the aggressive U.S.-Israeli strikes on Iran they started in late February, with an immediate ceasefire, lifted naval blockade, and reopened Strait of Hormuz for 60 days. Iran pledges never to pursue nuclear weapons, opening talks on its uranium stockpile, while gaining sanctions waivers for oil sales—no U.S. funds involved. Markets cheered with oil prices dropping over 5% and the Dow topping 52,000, though Israel was denied the text and some U.S. Republicans question Iran’s compliance amid reports of potential firings for opposition. Trump says he will read it aloud, soon, at the upcoming G7 meeting in Geneva…

What is in the “MoU”? Let’s see the major points, as they seem to be laid out. Daniel Davis’ research is excellent, and we grabbed lots of valuable info from him.

-Trump also now is claiming credit for the oil prices that rose due to him, now falling, due to his possible agreement to stop attacking. Government hits you, harms you, then releases some pressure, while you still are worse off, and expect you to thank them for their hard work.

Israel continues to breach the MoU. And now, Trump is telling Netanyahu to cut it out, almost ironically saying that Israel need not destroy apartment buildings and kill civilians when targeting “Hezzzbollahhhh”. More than a few of us might be wondering why he never said that about Israel’s catastrophic slaughter in Gaza. Astounding.

Here is a bit more - w some of my thoughts, if you’re curious!

Amazingly, Trump claimed that al Sharaa and his gang of thugs could do the job, admitting as he did that he put then-Jolani now “Sharaa” into power. Sooo, Trump thinks that he can turn to a guy who once was called a “terrorist” (while getting paid by the US to hold the northeastern portion of Syria), to attack so-called “terrorists” in Lebanon who, in fact, are defending against Israeli attacks. That’s Israel, which just took about another 30 km of land north of the Golan Heights, taken from… Syria. None of this makes any sense, but that is not important for people who can point government guns at you and tell you to pay them for your “defense” as they define it.

THEN there is JD Vance, who openly lied on FOX w Hannity lapping it up

And, who now shifts slightly, but still lies, because what the Fox Host describes is correct.

Daniel Davis points out some of Trump’s nonsense, and adds that the US is ready to provide reparations to Iran without calling them that.

And, as we well know, the US has known for a long time that it cannot control the Strait of Hormuz.

Yet, the US claims to be skirting the Iranian control in this small way.

This is one of the best overviews of the immediate situation on the ground in southern Lebanon, via Nima Alkhorshid and Patrick Henningsen.

And this tells us what Iran was able to do, thanks to its geographic and tactical strengths to defend against the US-Israeli aggression.

ANOTHER ATTEMPT TO ASSASSINATE A JOURNALISTTRUMP, MILLER, ET AL. VERSUS HABEAS CORPUS, CONSTITUTION

Here’s a little theme to go with it

As we last night noted, the NYT yesterday released what should be an explosive and widely circulated article previewing a new book by Maggie Haberman and Jonathan Swan due out next week. In the article, the Times covers the fact that Haberman and Swan claim to have obtained internal memos documenting the push by Stephen Miller to have the US government’s Executive Branch lift the Writ of Habeas Corpus. This is not a power “granted” to the Exec Branch. It is reserved to Congress, in Article One. As we explained in our segment on it, which we will post here as a bonus video for you (see below), the move comes as part of a “long line of Congressional and judicial abuses”, just as the Mises Institute included in the title to my 2007 article on attempts by the Bush Administration and Congress to do the same thing in the first decade of the 2000s.

In the piece, I got to explain how Congress repeatedly has attempted to restrict the writ of habeas corpus. These efforts have substituted weaker mechanisms for the constitutional protection against unlawful detention.

In Rasul v. Bush (2004), the Supreme Court held that federal courts had statutory jurisdiction to hear habeas corpus petitions from Guantanamo detainees. The decision required the government to justify detentions through some form of court involvement rather than permitting indefinite holding with no judicial involvement at all. However, the ruling left substantial room for limited administrative “review” processes that did not constitute full habeas corpus hearings. A true writ of habeas corpus proceeding demands that the government appear before an independent Article III judge, present evidence, and demonstrate lawful authority for the detention under standards that allow prompt release if the custody is unlawful. In contrast, the ad-hoc reviews permitted after Rasul often involved non-adversarial military panels with restricted evidence rules, no right to counsel in the same manner, and no power to order immediate release based on constitutional violations. These distinctions fell short of the writ’s requirements under the Suspension Clause and led directly to Hamdan v. Rumsfeld (2006). There the Supreme Court ruled that the military commissions and associated procedures violated due process of law because they failed to provide the procedural safeguards equivalent to those demanded by the writ of habeas corpus.Congress responded to Hamdan with the Military Commissions Act of 2006. This statute authorized revised military commissions while stripping federal courts of jurisdiction over habeas corpus petitions from alien enemy combatants held at Guantanamo. The Act constituted a direct congressional attempt to circumvent the Supreme Court’s insistence on genuine habeas corpus access by removing the courts’ authority to conduct such hearings altogether.

In Boumediene v. Bush (2008), the Supreme Court held that the habeas-stripping provisions of the Military Commissions Act violated the Suspension Clause. The Court ruled that Congress cannot suspend the writ for these detainees without satisfying the narrow constitutional conditions and without furnishing an adequate substitute for the traditional habeas corpus proceeding. The decision restored the right to full judicial review under the writ rather than the limited alternatives Congress had created.

The same pattern of substituting ad-hoc procedures for the writ of habeas corpus appears in recent internal discussions within the Trump Administration. Reports indicate consideration of limiting or suspending habeas corpus rights for undocumented immigrants to speed deportations, alongside efforts to invoke the Alien Enemies Act without a congressional declaration of war. Such measures attempt to replace the constitutional writ with executive or statutory alternatives that avoid independent judicial examination of the lawfulness of detention.

No statutes currently grant the President authority to unilaterally suspend the writ of habeas corpus, and, even if they passed one, the Suspension Clause of the Constitution reserves that power to Congress alone and only in cases of rebellion or invasion. (This, coming from an anarchist who just wants to remind the politicians of the promises they offered to uphold the document foist on us as the “rules” for the govt foist on us.)

    WAR

Memorandum of Understanding - Language Set, SIGNING Scheduled for Friday?

    What is in it?

    How is Israel responding?

How are Trumpista goons portraying this as “victory” or “better than the JCPOA”?

What is the wavering US-Israel dynamic here, especially when it comes to Lebanon, and is Trump truly frustrated by Netanyahu?First of all, it’s really important to note that this is merely a preliminary de-escalation agreement. Everything substantive is kicked down the road…
The nuclear issues are kicked down the road, and Iran should not even have to talk about those matters, given the repeated lies of the US.
This MoU starts a period of 60 days of ceasefire. But the irony — and it is an extraordinary irony — is that it was only Netanyahu’s attack in Beirut, by attacking and killing someone there, that triggered the final changes agreed by Trump that allowed the deal to go ahead. It wasn’t going ahead before that. By about midday on Sunday, it didn’t look as though it would be agreed by the Supreme Leader and the negotiating committee. Then, Netanyahu’s IDF attacked and killed a Hezbollah official in Beirut, assassinating him and killing four people as a consequence.
The Hezbollah official who was killed was Ali Dakhduk, who was one of the leaders of Hezbollah in Iraq and worked with the Quds Force — the IRGC’s force — training Iraqis for the Hashd resistance movement. He was held responsible for killing five occupying American soldiers in an attack in Kabul, and he was sent to prison for seven years in Iraq, with America trying to extradite him most of that time.
Obama pressed for him to be sent to Guantanamo, where, of course, he would be tortured and not given Due Process. Evidently the Israelis thought they would get plaudits from the United States.
According to a couple of the military-intel friends I know who still work in DC, the IDF probably received US CIA help to identify him.
But instead of it being applauded by Trump, Donnie reportedly flew into a rage after the attack. He purportedly called Netanyahu and told him he was screwing up the whole MoU “thing” for him. That is what produced the changes in the agreement that allowed it to go ahead. The agreement supposedly is due to be signed on Friday, if nothing happens in between.
The concessions were, first of all, an Israeli withdrawal from Lebanon. That was what Trump said: there would be a ceasefire in Lebanon and Israel would withdraw from Lebanon. Buuuut, as we know, Netayahu not only is defying this intention…

…the Israelis immediately attacked Lebanon shortly after the US-Iranian agreement was announced.

The second concession was the immediate lifting of the American blockade on Hormuz. The text also contains language stating that the future management of maritime services in the Strait of Hormuz will be determined by Iran and Oman. The explicit use of the term “maritime services” refers to Iran’s right to collect fees. The text says Iran will accept free passage for ships for 60 days without charging fees. But after these 60 days, Iran will benefit from the financial revenues of commercial ships passing through the strait by providing safety, navigation, environmental, and insurance services to the vessels. In other words, they will start charging what amounts to a toll after the 60 days. These were the key changes: the immediate lifting of the blockade and passage through the strait being regulated by Iran and Oman. At the end of the 60 days, sanctions would also be lifted. So the 60-day period includes the lifting of sanctions before there is any final agreement on the bigger negotiations. What happened behind the scenes was this: after Israel’s assassination of Dakhduk in Dahieh, the suburb of Beirut, Trump contacted the Iranians through the Omanis and offered them billions of dollars in cash from their unfrozen assets. He offered a big payment if Iran did not react to the Israeli attack. It was apparently going to be billions — I don’t know the exact figure, but Kushner was apparently involved in offering it. Iran said no — they were not accepting the money. The preservation of Lebanon was more important to them than getting these extra billions, which they considered theirs anyway. When the offer of money failed to stop an Iranian retaliation that was already prepared, Trump conceded on the main issues instead.
The striking irony is that Netanyahu, far from being praised for the assassination, actually helped bring about the agreement for the MoU. I want to emphasize something important. The easy part is getting the de-escalation framework agreed. That seems to have been done, but Israel is disregarding it. And that shows us the hard part - which is keeping any MoU intact before it is pulled apart by the parties to the agreement (or the US proxy of Israel). Usually that happens pretty quickly. Already the two sides have very different interpretations of this written understanding. Trump is saying the Strait of Hormuz is free and everything is fine. This is inevitable. Trump, being Trump, will put his own interpretation on every clause of the agreement to Iran’s disadvantage, while Iran will insist on what they believe was agreed. Already, JD Vance is reframing the agreement. Here are Daniel McAdams and Ron Paul on it, from today’s Ron Paul Liberty Report: LINK
The big question is: What happens if implementation doesn’t go ahead”?
Israeli ministers — including Smotrich, Ben-Gvir and Katz — have already said that this agreement by Trump doesn’t apply to Israel. Smotrich fumes about eliminating the entire culture and nation of Iran…

    LINK and

    This clearly spells it out…

What are the final details to remember? Details that the Trumpers will blur and change?

It’s nothing to do with them. They will not withdraw from Lebanon. They will continue operating in Lebanon. Here is Netanyahu:

They will continue attacks like the one on Sunday into Dahieh. This is going to be the real test. AND… you got it, the Trumpers already are saying that the MoU doesn’t include PRECISELY WHAT IRAN HAS HAD IN EVERY ITERATION OF AN MoU proposal: Israel stopping its attacks in Lebanon. See the back-peddling…

Will the money actually come? Will the blockade really be lifted? Where will all of this end up? As always, it’s almost certain that the version reflected in the U.S. press will not be entirely compatible with the written description put out by Iran. That difference in interpretation is often the source of the breakdown of these arrangements. The Israelis have already denied that the removal of their troops from Lebanon is part of the agreement. It IS part of what Trump agreed, but, as we know, it may turn out that Trump says he didn’t “reeeeeally quite agree” to that, while insisting he has always supported Israel’s “right to self-defense” (a non-sequitur if there was one).
In order to stay out of prison, Netanyahu needs to keep the war on Lebanon going, irrespective of what the Israeli military is saying, because if he wants to win the election he cannot afford to be seen acquiescing to Trump’s demand to withdraw from Lebanon.
Trump included the promise to Iran that Israel would pull out of Lebanon merely to fool them and to - again - push a narrative of “agreement” that will not hold, but will prop up the stock market.
If you ask me whether the Trumpers think Israel is going to stop its attacks on Lebanon and stop undermining the agreement, the answer is no — they absolutely do not believe that. They think the life of this de-escalation agreement will be measured in days or a week or so, and then we will be back to where we were before.
But, could Iran go with an agreement that cannot stop Israel in Lebanon? What if the US keeps handing back the money it stole from Iran?
Is the United States going to remove the freeze on Iranian assets as Trump offered (which the Iranians rejected because it is their money and they are entitled to all of it)? And, what happens when Iran retaliates against Israel for attacking Hezbollah? Will the United States defend Israel and we go back to square one? My understanding of the text is that not only do the Iranians get their money back — at least half of it — but they are to receive it before anything else, within 30 days rather than waiting for the full 60 days. They are to get several tens of billions back. Trump also agreed to lift all sanctions on Iranian oil leaving Hormuz. In other words, they will be free to sell that oil on the international market. After 60 days, all U.S. sanctions on the sale of Iranian oil will be lifted. He made big concessions at the last moment to prevent an Iranian retaliation attack on Beirut from happening.
The big question remains: in my experience, the ceasefires I’ve been involved with usually didn’t last very long before someone disrupted them. This one can probably be disrupted at almost any time. But what Trump will get is 60 days during which vessels will be able to leave Hormuz under the control and regulation of the IRGC, without Iran charging fees. After 60 days, Iran will charge fees for security, maintenance of the waterway, environmental matters, and so on — just as Turkey does in the Bosphorus Strait.
As Mario Nawfal notes, this, totaling some, not all, of the monetary expense of the US-Israeli-committed murders, the continuing blockades, and US-Israeli hubris and land grabs.

Sitting beside French Prez Macron, Turmp claims the MoU now is signed and the Strait of H is open… More on France, further down this page…

FRENCH POSTURING TO LOOK “OPPOSED TO ISRAELI ACTIONS” - WHILE STILL SENDING MILLIONS IN ARMS PARTS

    Yep. Here’s some virtue-signaling

BUT! Eurosatory is tied to the French government.

It is organized by COGES Events, a subsidiary of GICAT (the French Land Defence and Security Industry Association), which is part of the broader French defense industry framework (including CIDEF, the French Defence Industries Council). The event has strong links to the French defense sector and military. French armed forces, the Ministry of the Armed Forces, and related entities are involved or present.

The French government exerts significant influence on aid to Israel, through direct sales, export controls, participation rules, and regulatory oversight. For example, in the lead-up to Eurosatory 2026, the government restricted Israeli participation (no national pavilion, no government representatives, and limits to defensive/air defense systems only), with organizers explicitly stating compliance with French authorities’ decisions. Similar restrictions occurred at prior events like the Paris Air Show.
This show functions as a major commercial platform for the French defense industry, which has deep state ties (including government stakes in key companies and strict governmental export licensing). French Government support to Israeli genocide maniacs primarily has been through arms-related exports, focused on components and parts rather than complete major weapon systems.
    Key Data on Exports

    • French official parliamentary report (Ministry of the Armed Forces report to Parliament, covering 2024 data, released around September 2025):

      • Actual deliveries (realized exports) to Israel in 2024: €16.1 million (down by about half from 2023; in line with the recent 10-year average).

      • New orders (contracts signed) in 2024: €27.1 million (above the decade average).

      • Roughly two-thirds of the 2024 orders were for components intended to be integrated into systems for re-export to third countries.

      • French policy (as stated in the report and by officials): Exports to Israel are limited to components for “defensive systems” (e.g., parts for Iron Dome air defence) or for re-export; France claims it does not export complete weapons or systems for offensive use in conflicts like Gaza. Of course, since Israel is an occupation ongoing, none of its govt actions can be called “defense”.

    • Licenses authorized (not the same as actual deliveries): Higher figures, around €362–388 million in 2024 (per EU data and the French report), mostly for parts, military software, components, and some ammunition-related categories. Many licenses do not result in immediate or full exports.

    • NGO and investigative reports (e.g., covering Oct 2023–March/April 2026): Document hundreds of shipments (over 525 in one tally) of military-related components and parts from French firms to Israeli defence companies. These include items classified under munitions/munitions parts categories, with cumulative values in the range of tens of millions of euros (e.g., one report noted over $10 million in specific categories from late 2023 to early 2025). Companies mentioned include Thales, Safran, and others. These reports often highlight the volume of components despite official restrictions.

For 2025: Full official aggregate delivery figures from the next parliamentary report are not yet widely available in detail. Shipments of components continued throughout 2025 according to multiple reports, though subject to political scrutiny, some port blockades/refusals, and tightening controls. Volumes were likely comparable to or somewhat lower than 2024 amid growing domestic and international pressure.
For 2026, so far, through mid-June: In late March 2026, Israel announced it would reduce all defense procurement from France to zero (replacing it with domestic production or purchases from other allies), citing French policies viewed as hostile (including exhibition restrictions, ceasefire calls, and other diplomatic moves). This has significantly curtailed new deals. Any remaining flows would stem from prior contracts. Overall bilateral defence trade has been sharply reduced,
    Other Forms of “Support”:
France has provided limited defensive cooperation in the past (e.g., assistance against Iranian missile/drone attacks on Israel in 2024). There also is intel sharing and broader diplomatic/economic ties, but these have been strained since the Gaza war began in 2023. President Macron has publicly called for halting arms deliveries usable in Gaza and for ceasefires, while maintaining that France does not supply weapons for such operations.
In sum: Eurosatory has clear governmental ties through industry associations and direct regulatory influence. French support to Israel is limited to relatively modest component/part exports (tens of millions of euros annually in recent years per official figures), with no major weapon systems or direct aid. Volumes have faced increasing restrictions and scrutiny, and Israeli procurement from France has been curtailed in 2026. Official French data emphasizes defensive/re-export uses; independent reports document ongoing component flows. Exact 2025–2026 delivery totals will become clearer with future parliamentary reports.

    IMMIGRATION POLICE STATE

A new “Inside DC” book is coming out next week, and this one exposes internal memos at Trump-GOVT-CORP that reveal members of the Trumpista regime discussing how to skirt the Writ of Habeas and Due Process for migrants. Headline “Joe on shocking NYT report: Trump admin. debated habeas corpus, invoking Insurrection Act” LINK

This is tied to a lot. In fact, we can see how this new “US ASSASSINATES ‘TREN DE ARGUA’ KINGPIN story folds into the Immigration Police State, the attempt to overthrow Cuba, and the US ties to Honduran influence as part of a larger, multi-prong attack on the Bill of Rights, state federalism, privacy, and international sovereignty in the Caribbean, Central Am, and South Am Headline “US kills Venezuela’s Tren de Aragua leader in military strike, Trump says” LINK

** AND, here is how this ties together. As you know, the so-called “Alien Enemies Act” of 1798 is unconstitutional, allowing a Pres to claim “emergency” and “enemies” when there is no Declaration of War, then, claiming to give the Pres the power to engage in military activity without any Congressional Declaration. This also stands in contravention of Article Four, Section Four which requires state request for federal policing in the states. Here is Judge Napolitano with AZ Sheriff David Hathaway on the Tren De Aragua matter, on the Alien Enemies Act, and on Trump and the NeoCon-Zionista-Gangster goals in Central America

  • Your Sunday News Assembly, for 6-14-26
    Greetings, fellow Conspirators!

Before we dig into all the heavy and principle-carrying news, take a look at this :) :

    Pretty great, huh… :) !

    Now… News.

It’s the day after the night before the morning of the possible, perhaps extant, Schrodinger’s “Memorandum of Understanding” between the aggressor sluggo state of the US and the Iranian victims. Trump repeatedly releases claims that the “MoU” will see the Strait of Hormuz “open” - but the Iranians and Omanis have what are internationally recognized territorial claims over the strait. Trump also pushes the “Iran will not have nuclear weapons” - which is a repeat of the Trump Admin/Israeli deflection and deception, implying that Iran has been pursuing them, when Iran has not been doing so… As always, please feel free to read all, or just portions, of the Assembly, to leave and return, and to SHARE the internal links and the whole release! US AGGRESSION AGAINST IRAN + THE PURPORTED MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

As we know, after decades of blockades, assassinations, monetary manipulation, spying, and anti-Iranian propaganda, the US and Israel launched major, unprovoked, immoral strikes on Iran starting February 28, 2026, escalating into open conflict with the US blockade of the southeastern portion of the Persian Gulf, missile exchanges, the assassination of the Ayatollah and many of his family, and the mass murders of children and other civilians, and murders of many high-level Iranian officials.
As of this weekend, US government figures and Iranian government speakers purportedly have hammered out wording for a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) or letter of intent. But the US and Iranian claims as to what are IN the MoU are different. The US claims that the MoU would establish a ceasefire for 60 days (the one they claim to have repeatedly sees the US hitting ships and continuing to interfere with the Iranian-Omani Strait of Hormuz), reopen the Strait (without any tolls, according to the US, but not the Iranians), lift aspects of the US naval blockade, and, according to the US, launch talks on Iran’s “nuclear program” - more Newspeak implying that Iran has a nuclear weapons program when it does not, and the US had a verifiable agreement to that end until Trump dumped the JCPOA in 2018.
Trump has signaled a possible “signing” as early as today - Sun - with Hormuz traffic resuming “immediately after.” Pakistan and Qatar have mediated. LINK
Buuuuut…….. Details remain “fluid”—some reports mention phased release of frozen Iranian assets and sanctions relief tied to performance on enrichment and missiles. Iranian officials won’t agree to that... Here is ANTIWAR ON IT: Headline “US, Iran Offer Differing Outlines for Peace Deal - News From Antiwar.com” LINK

The US government had no business initiating or joining this aggression in the first place. A “deal” negotiated by the same coercive apparatus that started the war is still coercion—sanctions relief and asset unfreezing are just the state untying knots it tied. True peace comes from non-aggression and voluntary trade, not state-to-state memos enforced by guns and navies.

ISRAELI ATTACKS ON LEBANON, GAZA, WEST BANK

Even as US-Iran talks advance, genocidal Israeli operations continue across multiple fronts. In Lebanon, Israeli Offense Forces attacked southern areas and Tyre, killing civilians and prompting displacement orders; ground advances push deeper despite so-called “ceasefires”. Here is Steve Sweeney, the RT reporter Israel tried to kill three months ago, reporting on the situation in Tyre

    #MiddleEast #Geopolitics","username":"ZettaWires","name":"ZettaWire","profile_image_url":"https://pbs.substack.com/profile_images/2062337511280836608/WvR4CqJl_normal.jpg","date":"2026-06-13T23:33:55.000Z","photos":[],"quoted_tweet":{},"reply_count":1,"retweet_count":0,"like_count":0,"impression_count":17,"expanded_url":null,"video_url":null,"belowTheFold":true}" data-component-name="Twitter2ToDOM">

Gaza and West Bank IDF attacks persist with reported tent strikes, olive grove arson, and high casualties. Iran has conditioned fuller deals on a broader regional ceasefire, including an end to Israeli actions in Lebanon, but Israeli officials are in line with Netanyahu, to take more of Lebanon, the West Bank, and Gaza.
Endless state-backed military campaigns create perpetual enemies and drain resources from productive people on all sides. Individuals and voluntary associations can defend themselves and trade peacefully; governments using conscripted/taxed resources to redraw maps or punish populations violate the non-aggression principle. The cycle of retaliation serves rulers, not the ruled.

    IMMIGRATION POLICE STATE

ICE/DHS Disregarding Due Process, Deportations, and Harsh Custody Conditions

Under the current administration’s mass-deportation push, ICE detention has ballooned. Reports document record deaths in custody (at least 17 in 2026 so far, roughly one per week), with causes including medical neglect and at least one ruled homicide by asphyxia. Policies expand mandatory detention, limit bond hearings, enable warrantless home entries via administrative warrants, and involve transfers that hinder legal representation. Multiple federal judges have found due-process violations; ICE has defied court orders on releases and deportations to high-risk countries. Check out the Politico report. Headline “Explore the data: More than 13,300 rulings against Trump in ICE cases - POLITICO” LINK
Here are some details of a story I should have covered LAST MONTH! — Since the start of 2025, federal judges have ruled against ICE in more than 13,300 of appx 15,100 detention cases, determining most involved illegal holds without bond or due process hearings. This is, of course, state-conducted kidnapping and warehousing of human beings—plain and simple. Borders controlled by force and funded by theft from productive citizens are antithetical to voluntary association. Due process is a minimal check on state power; ignoring it reveals the regime’s true nature. Real immigration reform starts with respect for freedom of association, not more cages and agents. Then, MAGA fans also can look at their vaunted Constitution, and realize the feds are not supposed to be handling “immigration policing” at all.
Politico manually compiled its database of detention rulings starting July 7, 2025. This coincides with the surge in litigation triggered by the Trump administration’s expanded “mandatory detention” policy (implemented around that time in July 2025), which broadened the use of detention without bond hearings for many more immigrants, including long-term residents. The 13,300+ number (out of ~15,100 total rulings as of the most recent Politico update) comes from a journalist-compiled database of federal district court decisions on ICE detention challenges. Journalists canvassed public court records for cases in which detainees (or their representatives) sued Department of Homeland Security officials, ICE leaders, or facility wardens. They manually reviewed and categorized the outcomes of these cases. An LLM was used only to extract basic metadata like case name, judge, date, and district — not to determine the ruling’s outcome or reasoning. Each individual court ruling/decision in these cases is counted separately.

    4. THE US ECONOMIC DARKNESS

The Strait of Hormuz Closure/Disruption: Damage to US Economy & Farmers’ Plight

The US attack on Iran, and Iran’s attempt to defend through closing the Strait to shipping that is tied to the US or Israel or does not get permission from Iran? Trump won’t let up, and it continues its terrible disruption of shipping through the vital chokepoint that handles ~20% of global oil and a huge share of fertilizer (especially urea). US farmers faced sharp price spikes—urea up over 28% in weeks—plus supply shortages just before spring planting. Fertilizer is a major input cost (often 33-45% of operating expenses for corn/wheat). Broader effects include higher energy prices and ripple risks to food production. A prolonged closure threatened wider commodity stress, though an impending deal aims to reopen traffic. Goldman Sachs estimated a US GDP drag (<0.5 points annually) but noted sharper pain for agriculture-dependent sectors - which, of course, implies systemic effects that GS is not mentioning... Here is what farmers face… Headline “War in the Middle East has forced U.S. farmers to adapt” - LINK
Strait of H traffic remains more than 90% lower than normal, sustaining upward pressure on related costs. And we see the additional economic blowback from government warmongering. American farmers—productive individuals trying to feed people voluntarily—get hammered by policies they never consented to accept. Markets adjust through price signals and innovation far better than blockades and subsidies. The state’s foreign adventures export instability homeward; the solution is radical non-intervention, allowing individuals to trade without geopolitical hostage-taking.

    A REMINDER: SEINFELD MOCKING PALESTINIANS

As we discussed on Liberty Conspiracy Live, Friday, comedian Jerry Seinfeld on June 10 exited Madison Square Garden and responded to a streamer’s “Free Palestine” request with a blunt “It doesn’t exist.” The clip went viral, drawing backlash from CAIR and Rep. Ilhan Omar as dehumanizing denialism amid the Gaza conflict. Supporters praised the directness given Palestine’s lack of sovereign statehood (UN observer status, divided governance). Seinfeld has long supported the occupation state. Headline from CAIR: “CAIR Condemns Jerry Seinfeld’s Racist Denial of Palestinian Existence, Calls for Hollywood to Speak Out” LINK

NDAA Sec 224 and SEN INTEL AA SEC 622

As we know, NDAA Sec 224 would designate a Pentagon executive agent to expand and coordinate US-Israel defense tech cooperation across R&D, testing, co-production, industrial integration, AI, cyber, autonomous systems, missile defense, and data fusion/network integration. This deepens entanglement beyond traditional - already unconstitutional “aid,” creates political lock-in in states via US jobs in co-production facilities, and reduces future congressional or presidential flexibility to unwind ties.
The offense of this comes atop the initial offense of making people pay for what politicians claim is the taxpayer’s protection. Here, with 224 taxpayers will subsidize deeper integration with a foreign state’s defense industry, creating vested interests in the states that prioritize perpetual entanglement over American constitutionalism and any form of decrease in the US-Israeli ties. Only voluntary defense cooperation between free peoples allows people to express their priorities and engage in their own defense without engaging in offense. State-mandated fusion funded by coercion is going even more international with 224, and it will ramp up with 622 to include Big Tech and DARPA projects that can be planted in states and in other nations like Honduras... HEADLINE “Honduras Gate: The “Próspera” Island of Geopolitics, Foreign Interference, and Drug Trafficking - CovertAction Magazine” LINK

Section 622 is known by Tom Cotton’s wonderful title: “United States-Israel Intelligence Sharing Enhancement”, and would require the President (via DNI and SecDef) to expand and enhance intelligence sharing with Israel across broad Middle East topics. Reductions or suspensions would be allowed only for a “specific and identifiable national security concern” determined by the President, with detailed congressional notification. This, while alarmed members of the Pentagon released info that they have rated Israel’s espionage threat level to “critical”.

The surveillance state already spies on everyone; now Congress wants to hard-wire deeper sharing with another government and make dialing it back nearly impossible by planting “employers” tied to the US and Israel into every state.
This is not security—it’s expanding the unaccountable spy apparatus while reducing sovereign flexibility. Liberty cannot tolerate the state’s information monopoly, and it gets worse by entrenching foreign entanglements within it.
The pattern is clear: governments create problems through aggression and central planning, then offer more government as the cure. The voluntaryist alternative remains consistent —individual rights, non-aggression, free markets, and radical peace — what dangerous notions!

Thanks for reading! This post is public so feel free to share it.

Which, of course, anyone who watches Russia Today not only already knew, but knew because of an excellent documentary they produced YEARS ago. They not only showed many of the labs and many of the forms used by the staff members, they interviewed neighbors, in areas where strange disease clusters arose, and they visited the graves of people who appear to have died due to their proximity to the labs. What do you think of this? Was the protester justified in throwing the stone at the ICE goon? Consider the claim that the ICE thug was not, in the immediate situation, seen as directly threatening the protester. Consider the unconstitutional nature of ICE and the fact that the state had not asked for the feds to enter and “help” the state government re migrants. Then, consider whether a person can be justified in engaging in violence to defend another person against an agent of the state, and, finally, contemplate whether the agent of any state can be justified in his actions, if his actions are predicated on the use of tax money expropriated from victims who will have to pay or will be put in jail. WAR

Here is the “Fourteen Point” Memorandum of Understanding that officially has been noted by the Iranian government.

This Substack is reader-supported. To receive new posts and support my work, consider becoming a free or paid subscriber.

The Iranian government stresses that they have not promised or offered ANYTHING regarding nuclear refining/enrichment.

    - As of this writing, there is no word as to whether this is what the US is embracing, or if the US will sabotage it. As we write, Larry Johnson is on Dialogue Works, and is noting that Treas Sec Bessent is saying that “any tolls paid to the ‘Persian Gulf Authority’ (Iran+Oman)” will be extracted from any reparations that would have been paid to Iran. Larry nails it - Bessent began pushing this last night…

OH! ANNNNNND, as we write, Trump has said that the 14-pt plan released by Iran is not his plan. He’s angry again. That would be: the aggressive thug claimed he had extracted his demands from his victims, but the victims offered things he doesn’t like, and so, here the merry-go-round goes again…

-Here is more, from Reuters LINK
-Here are some (not all) of the times Trump has claimed there is a “deal” with the government he has attacked.

And Trump is leaking his own, completely fictitious, version:

Meanwhile, the claim that the US shuttled $3 Billion though Abu Dhabi to Iran a few days ago - as we know, it’s bogus.

The Quincy Institute’s Trita Parsi, whom Marco Rubio is purported to want to deport because he favors peace and calls out the US warmongers, offers what might be a window onto the behind-the-scenes activity.

The US cannot sustain its military presence in the Middle East. Iran is showing this

ISRAEL rejects anything, of course. The Israeli genocide machine wants Iran eliminated

Yeah, so, the Daily Beast has info on a leaked phone call to Gabbard from the man Trump chose to replace her. War Abroad, Pain at Home

Inflation has been steadily climbing and is now at its highest level in three years, thanks to the United States’ refusal to pull out of Israel’s war with Iran.
The situation mirrors what happened under President Biden, when billions of taxpayer dollars were poured into the war in Ukraine. Now it’s the same story all over again, just a different president, a different country, but with an even greater economic impact.
According to the latest Consumer Price Index report from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, consumer prices in May 2026 are sky-high, up 4.2 percent compared to May 2025.
Of course, no one needed a government report to know inflation is bad. Every trip to the grocery store is a real-life inflation report.
Grocery prices are up 3.1 percent, while restaurant prices have increased 2.7 percent, which means it could be cheaper to eat out than cook at home. Do they want us to be unhealthy by being forced to eat processed fast foods?
Beyond food, utility bills are rising, with this summer’s electricity bills predicted to be the highest we’ve seen in five years, and gas prices have reportedly surged 40 percent since the war began.
Higher gas prices don’t just make filling up more expensive. They cut directly into the budgets of small business owners, truck drivers, and daily commuters, leaving less money for life’s necessities.
The economic situation is a mess, and it’s predicted to get worse.
    So does the administration care?
When asked whether he was concerned about the latest inflation report, President Trump responded: “No, I love it. I love the inflation. You know why? Because as soon as this war is over–do you know we’ve been taking out millions of barrels of oil? Nobody knows it. You know who doesn’t know? Iran until right now.”
Trump may love it, but millions of Americans struggling to put food on the table certainly don’t. And whatever oil is being hauled out of Iran in the dead of night won’t shield ordinary people from the economic storm that’s brewing.’

    FISA

Thomas Massie yesterday delivered a powerful statement against FISA Section 702… Of course, none of FISA is allowed, according to the Fourth Amendment.

It did not pass the House yesterday (June 10, 2026). The relevant legislation is H.R. 9238, a short-term extension of FISA Section 702 authorities (Title VII of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act) through July 2, 2026. It was introduced on June 10 by Rep. Rick Crawford (R-AR). Debate occurred that day in the House (this appears to be the context of Rep. Thomas Massie’s floor speech in the video from the X post you linked, where he opposed a “clean” reauthorization/extension and highlighted prior statements by others like Jim Jordan). A recorded vote was demanded at the end of debate, but proceedings were postponed under House rules.

The vote took place today. The bill failed under the fast-track “suspension of the rules” procedure (which requires a two-thirds majority). The tally was 198 yes to 218 no. It did not even achieve a simple majority. Nineteen Republicans voted “No” (Nay) on H.R. 9238, the short-term clean FISA Section 702 extension, joining nearly all Democrats in defeating the measure (overall vote: 198–218).

Here is the list of Republican members who voted Nay, based on the official House Clerk roll call (Roll No. 221, June 11, 2026):

    • Lauren Boebert (CO)

    • Josh Brecheen (OK)

    • Tim Burchett (TN)

    • Eric Burlison (MO)

    • Kat Cammack (FL)

    • Michael Cloud (TX)

    • Andrew Clyde (GA)

    • Elijah Crane (AZ)

    • Warren Davidson (OH)

    • Andrew Downing (MT)

    • Russ Fulcher (ID)

    • Paul Gosar (AZ)

    • Harriet Hageman (WY)

    • John Kennedy (UT) [Note: Listed in records; context may refer to a specific member]

    • Thomas Massie (KY)

    • Chip Roy (TX)

    • Mike Rulli (OH)

    • Keith Self (TX)

Overall Status of FISA Section 702 LINK

    • Expiration: The authorities are currently set to expire around June 12–13, 2026 (the second short-term deadline this year after the original April 2026 sunset). This would mark the first lapse of the program.

    • Collection and related activities can continue for some time under existing Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) certifications/orders, potentially until at least March 2027, according to analyses from groups like the Brennan Center. A full “go dark” scenario is not immediate. LINK

    • Congress has passed multiple short extensions this year amid deep divisions. A longer (e.g., 3-year) reauthorization passed the House earlier in 2026 (235-191 in late April), but faced complications. Debates center on reforms—particularly a warrant requirement for querying incidentally collected U.S. persons’ data (a position Massie and other privacy-focused members strongly support), limits on FBI abuses, and oversight. Opposition has grown due to documented past misuse and recent political factors, including President Trump’s appointment of Bill Pulte as acting Director of National Intelligence (criticized by Democrats and some Republicans for lack of relevant experience).

The House is heading into recess until June 23, so immediate further action is unlikely this week. Longer-term reauthorization or another short patch will likely require negotiations on reforms once members return.

    IMMIGRATION POLICE STATE

NYC Comptroller and inveterate anti-gunner Brad Lander at least spoke up for the rights of migrants when he tried to protest the treatment of detainees last year. He was arrested, charged with “unreasonably obstructing the usual use of federal property”—specifically, “assaulting” a federal goon, blocking the elevators and the elevator lobby at 26 Federal Plaza in Manhattan. He was just found not guilty.

Notice that this article only mentions the charge near the end of the text… ‘Lander was arrested and accused of ‘“assaulting law enforcement and impeding a federal officer,” DHS said in a social media post at the time.’ LINK
