WARThe Senate just passed a meaningless Resolution to tell Trump he’s past the “War Powers Act” parameters, which, themselves, are breaches of the US Constitution’s requirement for a Declaration of War before the Prez uses soldiers in international combat. Duh. The Resolution does not officially or legally stop President Trump from using the U.S. military in Iran. It is a concurrent resolution (passed by both the House earlier in June and the Senate on June 23, 2026, by a 50-48 vote with four Republicans—Rand Paul, Susan Collins, Lisa Murkowski, and Bill Cassidy—joining Democrats). It invokes Section 5(c) of the 1973 War Powers Resolution and directs the President to remove U.S. forces from hostilities with Iran unless Congress provides specific authorization. LINK
Why it lacks binding power
Concurrent resolutions express the “sense of Congress” but do not have the force of law. They do not go to the President for signature or veto and cannot compel executive action
This is interesting… “Iran to set up Hormuz hotline with US — RT World News” LINK
Netanyahu is proceeding on the shadow-play revealed by Section 244, now 219, of the NDAA. He and Trump are engaging in their performative “spat” over negotiations with Iran, merely to bounce off the fact that Israel is hugely unpopular in the US and Trump needs to look like he is facilitating positive movement on the “peace” front with Iran until the election in November. As the summer rolls into autumn, Trump wants oil prices to go down, he wants to be seen as having placed barriers between himself and Israel. But, as he does, the Trumpers and Netty are counting on the NDAA to combine the US arms manufacturing sectors with Israeli firms, thus making Netanyahu’s statement here more than a bit disingenuous.

LEBANONMore…
I have a feeling that the only reason the Lebanese government doesn’t officially hand the southern portion (south of Litani R) to Israel is because it would inspire a civil war. Check out the reality of who actually DEFENDS the folks in the south.
GAZAThe UN is delivering the important message, once more.
SYRIACuriously, Al Sharaa, who owes a lot to the US and Israel for getting into power, does nothing to stop the expansion of Israel into Syria.

US OIL RESERVESFirst of all, what if your neighbor told you that he wanted to get an oil tank sunk into his yard, for a “reserve”, and that you would pay for the work and the oil? Larger numbers or a government “imprimatur” are not justifications for such aggression.
More, re lower and lower reserves
But Trump and the MAG-Ites know better than you, so attacking Iran must have been both moral and really, really smart. Here are Judge Napolitano and Matt Hoh dispelling that fallacious notion, keep watching, also, to see some great commentary about Matt’s personal experiences in the military and the military involving itself in Hollywood films.

THE DRONE TECHWhen I worked at Star Trek, one of the key aspects of speculating about future tech was scalability and the limits of effectiveness. Drone tech was one of those areas where we knew the tech was going to get smaller and smaller, making it more effective at evading barriers, but facing the challenge of power and distance, resistance due to nature, and reuse. Power to small devices is easy to provide now, even to the point of remote charging stations, charging balloons armed with solar-electricity, or solar on the devices, themselves. WARUS/ISRAEL - IRANDonald Trump broke the MoU AND committed a war crime over the weekend by threatening to kill the Iranian negotiating team that flew to Switzerland to engage his VP and other coat-holders in talks from which the Iranians have every right to be free. But, since Trump initiated this aggression as the culmination of multiple acts of aggression against Iran, his latest outburst likely seems in-character — bad character.
Trump also threatened Iran’s President, Masoud Pezeshkian, when Pezeshkian correctly observed that Iran had an internationally acknowledged right to enrich uranium for energy. — The Iranian contingent prepared to leave, as a natural reaction to Trump’s bellicose and criminal threat, but they appear to have stayed. — JD Vance accused the Iranians of engaging in “trash talk” and portrayed them as initiating the threats, which, of course, was gaslighting, completely untrue.

It seems that the Qatari foreign minister has a good grasp on the fact that Vance is a snake. We can see here how he declined to shake Vance’s hand when they came within proximity in the Bürgenstock resort on Lake Lucerne in Switzerland. LINK
BUT, regardless of Vance’s insulting lies, the talks juuuuust concluded, and the Iranian contingent says that things are progressing. What is the current set of “negotiated points”?
Lebanon - Israel must end aggression there.
US must remove its blockade of the Persian Gulf. (NOTE: Antiwar reports that Bessent and his goons temporarily have given “permission” to Iran to sell oil to willing buyers. How nice of him. LINK)
US must return Iranian funds - and here, we see a possible secondary “deal” that sees the US agree to release the stolen Iranian funds ($24 BILLION, in US denominated funds) and Iran agreeing to spend those funds on US agricultural exports. This is a fascinating idea, but smells of the US pressuring Iran to do this. This is going to be a low-likelihood possibility.
Iran will lift blockade of Strait of Hormuz, but retains control (in tandem with Oman), and likely will charge a fee.
It looks like JD Vance is hinting that the US will agree to what it had in the JCPOA. As we thought. It likely will be Iranian nuclear energy enrichment to about 4%… and openness to inspections, which JD is calling a “victory” — returning to what the Trumpers previously said was a “bad deal”
Here is JD Vance on the “Iran would buy US food,” idea (it would be managed by Qatar, the same nation that saw its foreign minister NOT shake Vance’s hand)…
US-ISRAELI RELATIONSHIPThe War Criminalesque Conricus says the obvious
Kyle Anzalone and Larry Johnson nail it re Netanyahu. The US appears to be engaging in a WWE dance with Netty Pot.
GAZAIsrael accelerates its push into Gaza, killing more innocent people. Here is Antiwar on it LINK
LEVIN LOONACY - Is he having a NERVOUS BREAKDOWN?Levin traveled to Israel, spoke to an American-Israeli lobby group, hugged Netanyahu, then claimed he is not an Israeli agent. First, one need not get paid by the Israeli government to be ideologically aligned with the Zionist genocide machine. Second, he not only coordinates messages with the Israeli government, he coordinates with the Trump Admin, as Trump himself has shown when promoting Levin’s programs, aware of the scheduled guests and topics they will promote.
And Levin claims that isolationists are the warmongers. Seriously. He also claims that Iran’s government has engaged in aggression for 47 years.

Meanwhile, Mamdani does a good job spelling out the difference between correctly citing monstrous behavior, and being a member of a monstrous genocide gang.
While Netanyahu finishes his “workday” by reiterating that invading Israel will not withdraw from Lebanon. He claims he and the IDF are “protecting” Lebanon from Hezbollah and protecting the Israelis. Since the Israelis are the occupiers, they have no claim to self-defense in the region of the Middle East, and if Netanyahu also is implying that he is protecting Lebanese people from Hezbollah, that is about as authentic as a governor from another US state sending an invasion force of his troops into your state and claiming it’s for your protection. Come to think of it, that’s what the feds do with the DHS and ICE.
And, Lindsey Graham continues to make sure US taxpayer cash is spent on him focusing on loving the Israeli occupation and genocide machine. Now, he wants Saudi Arabia to join the Abraham Accords, even as the Saudis are seeing how much strength the Iranians have to control the Strait of Hormuz and how powerful the Ansar Allah folks are in Yemen re the Red Sea. Here are the Judge and Ray McGovern on that.

WARThe US-Iran-Israel situation is very fluid, but, right now, Iran responded to day-long Israeli attacks/bombings on the Lebanese Ali al Tahir hill/base near Nabatieh we mentioned yesterday by explicitly closing the Strait of Hormuz, BUT, the Iranian delegation is traveling to Switzerland to meet w US negotiators led by JD Vance, AND the Iranian contingent is bringing a lot of regional neighbors (Pakistan’s chief of the army, Qatar’s foreign minister, Omani reps) in what appears to be a unified front to show the wide support for Iran and the Iran-Oman position handling the strait, having US sanctions against Iran lifted, seeing the region opened to trade, and seeing Israel back off its aggression, at least in Lebanon. This is big. ALSO, the Iranian move to close the strait appears to be a smart tactical one, since the strait requires cleanup to remove mines, we are told, and Iran will be handling that, and it will take time, allowing them to shut down the strait during this period when the strait would not be completely open, anyway, and allowing them to do the cleanup while they use the statement about closing the strait as leverage on the political front to push Israel to stop bombing in Lebanon. Iran seems FINALLY to have gotten Israel to stop bombing in southern Lebanon, but the Israeli Offense Force continues to operate on the ground, which, the Iranians seem to understand, will bring more casualties to the Israelis while leaving the area open to retaking, should the Israeli forces gain more ground with those forces. Headline “Israel and Hezbollah agree to ceasefire as continued strikes in Lebanon reported - follow live - BBC News” LINK
-This, from RT, spells out the US capitulation to Iran — which is in the best interest of the US and the world, because the US aggression against Iran saw blowback including the closure of the Strait of Hormuz, massive expenses for US taxpayers and future generations, and the portents that Yemen’s Ansar al Allah might close the Red Sea. Headline: “Iran stood its ground, and Washington got nothing — RT World News” LINK
MORE: “Iran says Strait of Hormuz is closed over ceasefire violations after continued Israeli strikes in Lebanon” LINK
AND the “limited ground operations” in Lebanon… “Lebanon announces partial ceasefire between Israel, Hezbollah but attacks continue | Reuters” LINK
This is what Israel did in the 24 hours prior to this partial ceasefire
But Mr. Levin is not happy, claiming the genocide state is “little” and implying it is on the defensive, a tranquil flower among thorns.
And Trump finally showed his awareness that the US was running its “petroleum reserves” dry. As we noted Friday night on Liberty Conspiracy Live, he should have known that would happen. It’s one of the most basic strategic factors of any “war” prosecution - losing control over resource-important regions and using up domestic supplies of a world-desired resource.

MAHA - MAKING FOOD MORE EXPENSIVE, BREAKING THEIR US CONSTITUTIONHere’s an example of how indoctrinated many so-called “antiauthoritarian” people sometimes can be. Many in the “Make America Healthy Again” think that RFK Jr is pushing back against big, centralized corporate forces in people’s food. But RFK Jr now is part of the largest corporation in the world, that being the US government. Purportedly held in check by a “Constitution”, the US government houses parasites and opportunists who expand government beyond the “rules” and create agencies like HHS, the FDA, USDA, and more. None of them are constitutional, and here is an example of government coercion causing M+M Mars to incur massive new expenses. LEBANON/GAZA - AN ACT OF JUSTICE?
What do you think?
GAZAFREE SPEECHZionist commentator Laura Loomer urged X to ban TrackAIPAC and reposters, labeling its politician-tracking graphics as ‘hit lists’ after an FBI complaint “tied” them to a plot targeting Trump’s 80th birthday UFC Freedom 250 on June 14. Five U.S. citizens, including 19-year-old Tycen Proper have been accused of planning to use drone explosives and engage in sniper attacks at the UFC event at the White House. And since Proper’s phone held TrackAIPAC images of lawmakers like Sen. Marsha Blackburn, sourced from the site’s public FEC data on AIPAC donations, this source of information, claims Loomer, is a “hit list” - even though supporters of Israel might see a positive in knowing which DC politicians were the biggest puppets of the Zionist war machine.

Now? SHCOKER! The UK is sending Ukraine a bunch of drones. “UK to send Ukraine 150,000 drones — RT Russia & Former Soviet Union” LINK Ahh, but there is more to the story. The UK gubment is using “frozen” (i.e. stolen) Russian assets to pay for the drones. Here is Antiwar on it “Frozen Russian assets to fund UK drones for Ukraine” LINK

“Eastern” European, Russian, Stan nations - A call to escape western, government-corporate media. This seems wise, but what about long-term problems of their OWN governments interfering in the media messages? RT has good coverage of the recent Gabbard announcement of what we already knew.
ECONOMY - BLS’S RECENT INCLUSION OF USED APPAREL PUSHES DOWN PRICE STATS, OF COURSEThis, from the news side of Brittanica, offers key information about the foolish and obvious attempt by the Bureau of Labor Stats to lower the measurement of so-called “inflation”. As we know, what they actually are measuring are price increases caused by the inflation of the fiat money supply, but we can look at their desperate move and see that it fits a pattern of repeated changes in the price measurement, changes made to decrease the stat and make it seem as if prices are not rising as rapidly as they are. “How Inflation Statistics Evolve | Secondhand Apparel, Thrift Shopping, & the CPI | Britannica Money” LINK
Here are other 2025 changes (already implemented):
1. Leased cars and trucks (effective with April 2025 data, released May 2025): Replaced survey-based data with purchased vendor transaction data for greater accuracy.
2. Wireless telephone services (effective with July 2025 data, released August 2025): Switched from survey data to secondary source data and non-traditional index methods.
3. Health insurance index (effective with November 2025 data, released December 2025): Removed long-term care (LTC) insurance from both pricing and weighting due to market shifts (stand-alone LTC plans are declining; coverage now often comes as hybrids with life insurance, which is out of scope for CPI).
Every one of these is designed to bring in data that is skewed by lower prices, facilitating more deception by the government.

MORE ON THE TRUMP IRS SLUSH FUNDThe “slush fund” (formally the DOJ’s “Anti-Weaponization Fund”) is currently blocked by federal court order and effectively on hold, with ongoing litigation and an investigation into the underlying settlement. The total came to roughly $1.776–1.8 billion taxpayer-funded bucks, this according to Trump’s DOJ in mid-May 2026 as part of a settlement in President Donald J. Trump v. Internal Revenue Service (filed in the Southern District of Florida). The fund was intended to compensate individuals and entities claiming they were victims of government “weaponization” or “lawfare.” Buuut, of course, it is a self-dealing settlement (Trump and his family suing his own administration).
Where do things stand, in the COURTS? Well, right now, the fund is in TWO courts, and is paused and blocked from any implementation due to one court:
Eastern District of Virginia (main challenge): A coalition including Democracy Forward sued to block it. U.S. District Judge Leonie Brinkema (Clinton appointee) issued a temporary restraining order on May 29, 2026, halting setup, funding, or payouts. On or around June 12, 2026, she extended this into a preliminary injunction, keeping the block in place indefinitely while the case proceeds. She indicated the case could be dismissed as moot if top officials (Acting AG Todd Blanche, Associate AG Stanley Woodward Jr., and Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent) file sworn declarations under penalty of perjury by TODAY, declarations confirming the fund will not proceed “in any manner, or under any name.”
-Southern District of Florida (original Trump v. IRS case): Judge Kathleen Williams reopened the underlying lawsuit on May 30, 2026, after a motion by 35 former federal judges alleging collusion (”Trump suing himself”) and a potential “fraud on the court.” Trump’s attorneys were ordered to respond by June 12, 2026, regarding possible misconduct and sanctions.
The administration publicly stated (including in congressional testimony) that it is abandoning the fund due to the court orders and backlash, making some challenges arguably moot. However, as noted above judges have required formal sworn commitments rather than accepting unsworn representations.
No final ruling on the fund’s underlying legality has been issued yet. It remains tied up in litigation, but, again, the Trump DoJ said it will drop the idea…
THIS MSN piece (a video or article) discusses Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL) using a procedural objection to block or stall a bill (likely a Democratic proposal, such as one from Sen. Jacky Rosen) that would have permanently blocked or defunded the fund. This fits into broader Senate fights over related spending bills, where Republicans rejected amendments to legislatively kill the fund and instead relied on the administration’s assurances that it was being dropped.
TODAY is a BIG DAY for the VA case. It’s “Declaration Deadline” day - when the Trump Admin literally has to write a public statement that it will not proceed with the fund… In the main lawsuit challenging the fund (brought by Democracy Forward and others in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia), Judge Leonie Brinkema issued a preliminary injunction on June 12, 2026. This indefinitely blocks the Department of Justice (DOJ) from creating, funding, setting up, or making any payouts from the fund. The judge was skeptical of the administration’s earlier verbal and public statements (e.g., Acting AG Todd Blanche telling Congress they were “not moving forward with the fund, period”). She wanted a formal, sworn declaration from three key officials:
Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche
Associate Attorney General Stanley Woodward Jr.
Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent
The declarations must explicitly state that they will not take any action to create or operate the Anti-Weaponization Fund, and that the fund will not proceed in any manner, or under any name. If the filings are proper and sufficient, the judge has indicated she is likely to dismiss the case as moot (ended) and lift the injunction. This would be the first time the administration has committed to killing the fund under penalty of perjury.
What’s Happening? Well, This Morning (as of ~9:44 AM U.S. time)
No filings reported! Wha—?!!!
The preliminary injunction remains fully in effect — the fund is still blocked.
The deadline is for the end of the court business day (typically late afternoon Eastern Time). Filings still could come later today.
The administration said it is abandoning the fund (due to the court order and backlash), but it has not provided the exact sworn language the judge demanded. Earlier statements were not under oath
This is the key remaining step in the main Virginia case. The separately reopened Trump v. IRS case in Florida (investigating possible “fraud on the court” in the original settlement) is a separate track and not directly tied to today’s deadline. As of 5 PM the Trump Admin did not respond to the VA Court. WHAT A SHOCK! Fund status: Still legally blocked.
Lawsuit status: Ongoing.
Next steps: We’ll likely see updates in the coming days (either a filing that was processed late today, a court order, or confirmation that nothing was submitted).

Here are some of the big stories we got to cover, tonight!
WARIRANTRUMP SIGNSHeadline “Trump signs memorandum of understanding with Iran (VIDEO) — RT World News” LINK
Iran is, in essence, declaring victory over the US. From RT: “Iran declares victory over US — RT World News” LINK
Max Blumenthal stresses this reality, in this excellent conversation with Judge Napolitano
JD Vance is promoting the MoU, and, in doing so, is saying things that don’t comport with earlier statements he has made. This new position, including speaking positively about lifting the blockade, promoting the idea of Iran getting reparations (somehow), Iran having mutual control over the Strait (with Oman), and Iran being able to generate nuclear anergy through a low-level enrichment process, were not in his “favorable” category even a week ago. Now, he is standing against ISRAEL continuing its aggression in southern Lebanon (mostly lip service, not backed by any statement that US aid to Israel should end) and that is part of the promotion of the MoU, which Vance now is saying Israel ought to get behind. So, this presents the question: when one is a, say, sheep who cannot trust the wolf — be it in sheep’s clothing or not — and the wolf suddenly speaks up against the farmer coming to kill some of your sheep kin, how does one assess the relationship with the already-proven-deadly-and-deceitful wolf?
This is interesting, since in the statement, Vance pretty much admits that the world shuns the actions of Israel, but he doesn’t take the next step to ask WHY…
Trump is taking a similar tack, levering the US power over Israel, yet he will not acknowledge that the US is not supposed to be supporting any nation state, especially the Zionist occupation state...
Chris Rossini offers key thoughts about the Iranian strength to shut down energy supplies, and the need for free markets LINK
Meanwhile… Isreal is ramping up attacks in Lebanon…
… pushing the Iranian government to the point of having to announce that the MoU is at risk because of the Israeli attacks…
And Zionista Mark Levin hints that using nuclear weapons on Iranians would be a good idea.
And if anyone mistakenly believes Trump is obtaining a moral compass…
Ahh, yes. He still supports the Zionist occupation-genocide-apartheid state. Curiously Kaja Googoo Kallas just criticized Israel for its apartheid, so we get to see this irony.

GAZAAnd what of SALEM MEDIA taking over the CHARLIE KIRK SHOW, eight days after Charlie was murdered? Max B has a great piece on it “Israeli foreign agent took over The Charlie Kirk Show days after his killing - The Grayzone” LINK And he got to discuss it w the Judge, today…
UKRAINE-RUSSIAZelinsky is desperate, targeting more civilians. Just vile. “Ukraine launches almost 200 drones at Moscow — RT Russia & Former Soviet Union” LINK

-Canadian PM Carney is pushing the “economic benefits” of Canada funneling more weapons and making deals with Ukraine. Clearly, this is to hand out crony contracts to his friends in Canada. ALSO, foreigners professionally driving trucks in the US are ten-times safer, as we discussed on Liberty Conspiracy last year. Plus, reminders, from yesterday. If only Sen Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) (who usually is terrible on virtually every issue) could step further towards voluntary association and towards the federalism promised by the US Const. THE TRUMP IRS SLUSH FUNDIS NOT DEAD. Trump’s attempt to simply move the funds via a “settlement” with the Justice Department he runs is hitting judicial snags, so Congress is debating whether to allow it. US ECONOMYThis is a very good piece on the dangerous steps Trump has been taking towards weaving US government interests directly into shareholding of numerous corporations. As if government grants and loans were not enough, now, thanks t o Trump, we have models similar to ad-hoc Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, similar to the FDIC offering insurance of deposits IF banks do certain things. This, also, is akin to the New York City Public Workers Pension Fund being invested in major banks, and having so much money in them, the city Comptroller can try to push the banks to behave in certain politically tailored ways. Check out this piece, likening the corporatist-fascist activity of today to the old British “East India Tea Company” motif.
FINALLY - PHILOSOPHYWe are going to explore this, tonight, from both a small-govt perspective (if that can even be defined) and a voluntaryist POV
