-Ken Klippenstein offers key information on the bill to release the files, and some of the wording that gives the Exec Branch wiggle room to withhold anything it wants. LINK The fine line here might be that the legislation could be interpreted to allow withholding of info only on investigations proceeding at the time the bill was written, or passed, but Trump’s DOJ likely will try to block certain names and likely will claim the privilege of prosecutorial secrecy.
-Yesterday, Trump called a reporter who asked about the Epstein investigation screw ups a “piggy.” LINK
-Former Harvard Pres and Treasury Sec Lawrence Summers is “stepping away from public view” after being cited numerous times in the Epstein emails (in the most infamous, he is said to have asked Epstein for advice on how to romantically approach a student). Summers announced he will relinquish advisory positions at Yale, the Center for American Progress, and The New York Times following the release of emails showing he sought Jeffrey Epstein’s advice in 2018 and 2019 on pursuing an extramarital relationship with a Chinese economist he mentored. Summers, who was married during this period, expressed deep shame in a statement and plans to continue his teaching duties at Harvard. The disclosures, from Epstein’s estate documents released by the House Oversight Committee, have drawn bipartisan criticism, including calls from Sen. Elizabeth Warren for Harvard to sever ties, though no evidence links Summers to Epstein’s crimes.
-Ro Khanna says this will be helpful to the victims and will reveal important information. LINK

ISRAEL/GAZA:
-Trump just announced that he will head up the Gaza Reconstruction Authority — ie the NEW occupation and theft gang that will take over the corralled people of Palestine and run the poisoned area at the behest of Israel and special interests in the US and UK. Trump’s Sec to the UN (who participated in the “Slack” call while the US slaughtered Houthis in Yemen earlier this year) said before the UN vote that a vote against this would be a vote “for war”. He might note that the new zone in this “agreement” will be imposed on the Palestinians, that it is an extension of the war on them, and that Mr. Trump and Mr. Waltz swore to abide by the US Constitution, which doesn’t allow this or the supplying of weapons or funds to Israel. Russia and China abstained from the vote. Hamas is to be “disarmed” under this plan, which, essentially, is a new form of colonialism and will act to prevent the Palestinian Authority in the West Bank and any force in Lebanon from uniting with the people in Gaza to form a real Palestinian state. This paves the way for a de facto Israeli-favoring satellite of the US that Israel will influence with corporate and military ties to the US. Here is Antiwar on it. LINK

-Israeli National Security Minister Ben Gvir just openly called for the targeted assassination of leaders of the Palestinian Authority in The West Bank if any of the leaders call for an independent Palestinian state — and continuing the roll-out of increased Israeli pressure to take more and more of the area. -Germany has announced it will lift restrictions on arms exports to Israel following a Gaza ceasefire with Hamas.

-The UK police continue to act at the MUZZLE to protect Israel’s genocide in Gaza, portraying as “supportive of terrorism” those who speak for peace. The Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia came to the White House today, and Trump not only praised him, when asked about the Prince’s involvement with the 2018 killing and dismemberment of reporter Jamahl Khashogi, Trump said, “things happen…”
An ABC reporter asked him if it was appropriate for his family to be doing business with Saudi government interests while he is Prez and negotiating with the Prince, and she also asked about the murder, and Trump called ABC “fake news” and then threatened that the FCC should investigate the network and pull its license (why should the polis be demanding you get permission to broadcast?) - Natali Morris reports in the Redacted morning newsletter: “Former U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has joined the advisory board of Ukrainian defense firm Fire Point amid a major anti-corruption investigation into its contracts. They’re asking him to sort it out? The man who ordered an assassination on Julian Assange!?”

TRUMP CHANGES DIRECTION ON EPSTEIN RELEASE?
- Sunday night, Trump suddenly waived a pseudo-white-flag and claimed that he would agree w Congress members Thomas Massie (R-KY) and Marjorie Taylor Green (R-GA) and Ro Khanna (D-CA) to release the “Epstein Files”, that he will sign legislation to do this, if it comes to his desk (which it will). But, as we noted yesterday, in the Sunday News Assembly, Trump ALSO wants an “investigation” (by a man named to look into any of the Epstein files that pertain to Dems), so such an investigation could lead to… lock up of the files. Not only that, but Trump has the Executive Branch power to release the information without any Congressional legislation needed. It’s astounding, and mocks the suffering of the victims. LINK And Trump made sure to pack a lot of lies about “economic progress” into his post about his change of mind. LINK
- Whitney Webb offers key points about Trump and Bondi suddenly starting an investigation, and Whitney specifically uncovers the pro-Epstein-Barr ties of the US Attorney Trump and Bondi have picked, a man named Jay Clayton:
“The Clayton appointment is so unreal. Geoffrey Berman was pressured to step down by the first Trump admin roughly a year after prosecuting Epstein in 2019 (as I recall it was around the time when Berman was targeting Steve Bannon). Bill Barr tried to have Clayton replace him in 2020, but was unsuccessful. Clayton spent the time waiting to be ushered into that position by Trump earlier this year at Epstein associate Leon Black’s Apollo Global in a board position they seemingly made JUST FOR HIM.
In other words, Clayton is the guy the 1st Trump administration and Bill Barr specifically wanted in to replace the people who had Epstein (and later Maxwell) arrested and when they couldn’t do it, a super rich Epstein associate gave him tons of money and now he has been installed in that position to “investigate” Epstein.
How stupid do they think people are?”
-Meghyn Kelly has noted that there must be corruption, possible blackmail, tied to the Epstein-Maxwell crimes, but she doesn’t seem to grasp that fourteen-year-old females are kids. This youngster offers Meghyn some pointers on the matter. LINK

LINK Often, the only way they could get out of the Epstein snare was to recruit another youngster, thus making the girls, themselves, become predators and adding more to their terrible feelings of guilt. - THE LARGE PICTURE: As The Financial Times notes a steeply increasing number of older homeowners increasingly turning to reverse mortgages amid economic pressures like persistent inflation and what this article purports are “cuts” to social benefits (no welfare is being cut, despite it being toweringly unconstitutional and immoral to engage in the redistribution of wealth predicated on politically-backed theft). - Foreclosures are skyrocketing, which no free-market economist ever EEEVER saw coming. Nah. LINK
- FEDERAL RESERVE STUDY HIGHLIGHTS TRUMP TARIFF DAMAGE: A new working paper from researchers at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, published just before we “went to press” today (November 15), provides fresh evidence on the economic fallout from tariffs, particularly those imposed during Donald Trump’s trade policies. The study, authored by Régis Barnichon and Aayush Singh, analyzes over 150 years of tariff data from the U.S. and other countries, concluding that tariff hikes spur aggregate demand shocks. This means they don’t just raise prices—they actively suppress economic activity, leading to higher unemployment and job losses. Not that anyone needed a study to figure out that taxing people suppresses economic growth and productivity, leading to job losses and other opportunity costs. Of course Yahoo’s editors don’t understand inflation, which has nothing to do with tariffs. Tariffs are price increases via taxes, which suppress demand. Inflation is the expansion of the money supply that destroys the buying power of each extant unit of money… But, here is the Yahoo report, such as it is… LINK!
- Reason reports that the Trump Admin now is ADMITTING that tariffs raise prices. DUH. LINK

-And, after so much damage has been done, Trump on Nov 14 signed an EO dropping the tariffs against numerous nations and numerous of their exports to the US. The only trouble (in addition to the immorality of tariffs, the unconstitutional nature of Trump imposing them?) — Tariffs on almost all of these were ZERO at this time last year. The reciprocal tariffs, introduced earlier in 2025 as part of President Trump’s “America First” trade strategy, applied broadly to imports from major U.S. trading partners. However, the November 14 executive order primarily exempts agricultural products from countries involved in recent U.S. trade deals or negotiations, focusing on those unable to produce these goods domestically in sufficient quantities. Key nations include:

• Latin America (core focus of deals): El Salvador, Argentina, Ecuador, Guatemala (eliminating tariffs and non-tariff barriers on U.S. exports in exchange).

• Asia: Malaysia, Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam.

• Europe: United Kingdom, European Union, Switzerland.

• Other: Japan and South Korea (via investment deals).

Overall, the November 14, 2025, action restores rates to 2024 levels (mostly 0%) by exempting the 2025 reciprocal additions, potentially lowering costs by 3-7% on these items per USDA estimates. Welcome, fellow Conspirators!

This past week, Trump and his gang of killers hit a 20th boat in the sea south of the continental US. Thus far, these attacks have killed at least 80 people. Trump also is mentioned numerous times in leaked Epstein emails (leaked by Dems, reportedly) and Thomas Massie got the votes he needed for his discharge petition to pass reaching the required 218 signatures (a simple majority of the House) on November 12. This procedural threshold forces Speaker Mike Johnson to schedule a floor vote on the bill itself, bypassing the House Rules Committee (which had stalled it). The vote is now set for next week, likely Tuesday, November 18. BUUUUT, suddenly, Pam Bondi, responding to the furor over those leaked emails, is (as is Trump) calling for an “investigation” into the files (which they told us they already were going to do), and Trump wants an “investigation” into Epstein and Bill Clinton, all of which likely will STOP the release of the files to the public! Stunning maneuvering. Very slimy. Let’s get started with links and added context, all!

SCOTUS RULING ON GENDER/SEX ON PASSPORTS
A little-noticed Supreme Court ruling on gender/sex on passports (ruling that displaying natural sex on passports is not “offensive” to equal protection under the 14th Amendment? It kind of misses something… the fact that the US is not supposed to be issuing “passports” or requiring them, according to the US Constitution, and, on a deeper level, even if the Constitution were amended to allow it, that allowance would make the act of compulsion no more moral in any way. THE US PENNY - OVER?

• The US Mint produced its final batch of circulating one-cent coins on November 12, 2025, at the Philadelphia facility, which has minted pennies since 1793.

• No new pennies will enter circulation starting in early 2026, though existing pennies remain legal tender indefinitely.

Production costs have exceeded the penny’s face value for 19 straight years, averaging 3.69 cents per penny in the last fiscal year—more than its 1-cent value. For context, it costs under 6 cents for a dime and about 15 cents for a quarter. The abrupt end of minting has led to immediate penny shortages, affecting cash-heavy businesses like convenience stores. Retailers are scrambling with empty cash register slots and halted distributor orders, forcing workarounds that could increase operational costs or lead to lost revenue:

• Shortages and Handling Costs: Many retailers are warning customers not to expect exact change in cash transactions and are offering incentives like gift cards or free items (e.g., snacks) to collect stray pennies from customers. This diverts staff time and resources, indirectly raising costs.

• Rounding Practices and Legal Hurdles: Without federal guidance, retailers may round cash totals to the nearest nickel (e.g., $19.24 becomes $19.25, or $6.13 becomes $6.10). However, cash-handling laws in at least 10 states prohibit rounding up, potentially exposing businesses to fines or lawsuits if they do. The National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS) has called for a national law allowing rounding, and a bill by Rep. Lisa McClain (R-Mich.) was introduced in April 2025 to enable this.

• Broader Economic Strain: Dylan Jeon from the National Retail Federation noted that retailers are pushing customers toward card, check, or digital payments to avoid issues, but this shift requires system updates and training, adding to expenses. While the Treasury will save about $56 million annually in production costs, retailers bear the brunt of the transition without subsidies.

This HILL piece quotes NACS executive director Jeff Lenard: “Retailers have been preparing for this day for years, but the sudden cutoff has turned a policy win into a logistical nightmare.” Overall, while no exact aggregate cost figure for all US retailers is provided, the article highlights that the lack of pennies could cost individual businesses hundreds to thousands in handling and compliance fees monthly, based on cash volume.

US GOVT “BUDGET DEAL” SEES MCCONNELL, OTHERS BAN HEMP
- Yep. Despite the feds not having any “constitutional” power to ban any product, the Senate did not include language from Rand Paul that would have reversed a reversal of the 2018 allowance by the also unconstitutional FDA to allow legal sales of intoxicating hemp products. The McConnells of the Senate claimed that this would not impede on sales of industrial hemp, but Paul and Ron Wyden observed that the basic hemp as it grows in fields has sufficient THC in it (even if it is being grown for industrial use in rope, clothing, etc.) that the new FDA rules would ban it all. The booze and pot lobbies pushed hard to return to the pre-2018 hemp ban. LINK
- Recall the big to-do over whether SNAP ‘benefits’ would be fully funded or cut off as the feds kept bombing people and moving warships all over the globe at our expense and at the expense of the unborn? Few people discussed the unpopular fact that the US Constitution doesn’t allow SNAP or other handouts for anyone, regardless of whether they are immigrants, or native-born, or created in a lab. Here, we see a revelation about SNAP “fraud” that doesn’t even note the overall fraud of the SNAP concept itself. LINK
