ISRAEL-GAZA
Peace deal? Well… Ben Shapiro took time away from collecting money from pro-Zionist fans to claim that Trump deserves the Nobel Peace Prize. As a war criminal and accomplice and facilitator to genocide, he would be in good company with Obama. LINK Here is Trump’s claim. Antiwar has good coverage about the announcement. LINK As Antiwar notes: “Israel previously broke a Gaza ceasefire deal that was signed in January and has constantly violated a Lebanon ceasefire deal that it signed in November 2024. After Trump’s announcement, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that he will convene his government on Thursday to “approve the agreement and bring all our dear hostages home.”— and here is what Netanyahu did as people in Gaza thought they might be safer and not get bombed. Obviously, Israel attacked them in places like Gaza City. Because, well, Netanyahu is an accused war criminal. LINK And here is more… LINK
Trump also told Fox News that his tariffs helped bring peace… Talk about insanity. Tariffs are, by their nature, aggressive threats. They are forms of pre-conditioned embargo. There is something very artificial-looking about this gathering to “hear the announcement” with Howard Lutnick LINK
Natali Morris writes: “Trump declared that Hamas and Israel have agreed to the first phase of his peace plan. It is unclear if the final agreement includes all 21 points of his original proposal from last week.
He does say that the Israeli hostages will be released “very soon” but made no mention of the Palestinian hostages currently held by Israel. The initial does call for Israel to release the “250 life sentence prisoners plus 1700 Gazans who were detained after October 7th 2023.”
That number does not include the roughly 4,000 Palestinians already in Israeli custody prior to October 7 due to their illegal practice of “administrative detention” - meaning their wellbeing remains a question mark.
President Trump says that “Israel will withdraw their Troops to an agreed upon line as the first steps.” In the original plan, that line was about half-way between the border and the coast of the Gaza Strip.
Haaretz also reports that the IDF is preparing for a withdrawal but they have had no official instructions other than “the one published by U.S. President Donald Trump on social media, which does not provide sufficient clarity regarding the full implications of the proposed deal.” That would be almost comical if it weren’t so critical for the lives of civilians on both sides.

SS-Stephen Miller just sstepped into his own verbal offal. He boasted that the Prez has “plenary” power, then he realized what he had said, and just froze, live on CNN. CNN later edited the version they released, so his savant-like egomania looked less insane. The content of what he said is the key, because plenary power is about as far from the Constitutional rules and even deeper human ethics as darkness is from light. Now, EU warmongers are eager to see the money transferred to their total control, completing the “theft-handoff” under the name “sanctions” – of course. LINK

EU leaders and pro-Kiev governments have been attempting to force through a €140 billion ($160 billion) “reparations loan” for Kiev by December, leveraging the frozen Russian assets.

Russia has denounced any attempt to repurpose its sovereign wealth as “theft.” Skeptics, such as IMF chief Christine Lagarde, have warned that the move could undermine global trust in the EU’s financial system.”

On this strange and ugly anniversary of conflict two years ago that continued a long series of conflicts between the occupation state of Israel and the Palestinians they cage and mistreat, we dug into the current peace talks, the problem of Netanyahu’s lies and the history of Zionism before the Balfour Declaration. We discuss what the IDF was told by Egyptian intel just prior to Oct 7 2023, and more.

In the past few years, the US has handed weapon and financial aid to Israel that amounts to about 3 X the amount the US usually has given *unconstitutionally!! To it. LINK

Israel wants to hire big Christian celebs to promote the Zionist project to Americans, including spreading those wonderful words to churches and church parking lots. LINK

We also know that Israel is and has been heavily involved in “messaging” in the US. Candice Owens just revealed how Charlie Kirk had decided to end his ties to Israel, and that he explained that in a text message shared with other “influencers” who have not spoken up about how he was changing his mind on Israel. And, when it comes to trying to lie and mislead…

According to the Jewish Telegraph Agency, Israel plans to spend $4.1 million on marketing to save its reputation in the United States. Most of the marketing will be aimed at American Christians.

The documents, filed under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), show a plan for what they call the “Largest Christian Church Geofencing Campaign in U.S. history.” It will be run by a group called Show Faith by Works, LLC - a reference to the popular verse in James that says “faith without works is dead.” How quaint.

Of course, last week, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu bragged that the TikTok purchase will be “consequential” for Israel because the app will be run by Oracle’s Larry Ellison, who is the largest individual donor to the Israeli Defense Force. Odd, that Ellison is not ridiculed by “patriotic” US politicians for DONATING to a foreign army and odd that they were sooo concerned about Chinese govt influence on TIKTOK, even though Bytedance wasn’t owned by China, and yet the HEAD OF ISRAEL OPENLY STATES the fact that TIKTOK now will be favorable to Israel, essentially claiming “we have it” and the US govt is silent. Almost as id they approve, and intended it.

Now Israel has a steadfast supporter at the head of CBS News in Bari Weiss, a self-described “Zionist fanatic.” CBS is owned by Paramount, which is run by Larry Ellison’s son, David Ellison, who is now accused of helping Israel spy on American citizens participating in the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement.

Weiss is a peculiar choice if the network was trying to freshen up its image. She made her name calling out wokeness, which is now the U.S. government’s own ideology. She isn’t exactly a major name in independent journalism. The Free Press has fewer views than other independent sites such as The Daily Caller or Unherd and yet CBS reportedly paid $150 million to buy it.

As Natali Morris writes:

“Her announcement about joining CBS has fewer than 25,000 views in its first day. Most of her videos have fewer than 10,000 views. CBS can hardly claim that they are chasing her power as an influencer.

The Holocaust Remembrance Alliance says that making allegations about “Jews controlling the media” is antisemitic. So why can Netanyahu brag about it? And are we allowed to notice that all of these Zionist supporters are being promoted to powerful media positions or is that antisemitic too?”

AIER offers a focus on a new report from the Organization for Economic Development (OECD) that shows the downward spiral of the US economy

Vance Ginn summarizes the recent economic outlook issued by the OECD, which predicted US economic growth will slow sharply, “from 2.8 percent growth in 2024 to just 1.8 percent in 2025, before sliding to 1.5 percent in 2026. That’s barely half our historic post-war average of 3.5 percent.” Warning that the full impact of tariffs has not been felt, the report is discouraging for the Americans whose real lives are dragged down by “slower wage gains, fewer opportunities, and diminished prosperity.” Vance is clear: “The OECD’s language about ‘weak productivity growth’ is a polite way of saying America’s government is strangling its own economy.” LINK

French PM LINK more the govt has unveiled a new cabinet under Prime Minister Sébastien Lecornu in a bid to stabilize the government amid deepening political turmoil and public unrest.

US POLICE STATE - IMMIGRATION ICE GOONS
Over the weekend, things got more intense.

** A judge in Oregon blocked President Trump from sending the National Guard to Portland, so the Pentagon redirected troops from California to Oregon to get around the ruling. California Governor Gavin Newsom said Sunday that he will sue the Trump administration to stop it.
“He is using our military as political pawns to build up his own ego,” Newsom said. Oregon Governor Tina Kotek said, “There is no need for military intervention in Oregon.”
WELLLL, a Judge Sunday BLOCKED the Trump plan for federal invasion (using Nat Guard) of OR LINK! And more LINK Federal District Judge Karin Immergut (a 2019 Trump appointee) ruled to explicitly block President Trump from deploying California National Guard troops (or any other out-of-state National Guard units) to Oregon, including Portland.

Immergut issued the temporary restraining order late on October 5, 2025, determining that the administration’s moves to federalize and send approximately 200 California troops (along with up to 400 from Texas) were an attempt to circumvent her prior ruling from October 4 blocking the use of Oregon’s own National Guard.

The order prohibits such federalizations and deployments, though it is temporary and set to expire in 14 days unless extended, with a hearing scheduled for October 17.

Trump partially has already done it—about 100 California National Guard troops landed in Portland shortly after midnight on October 5, followed by another 100 by early evening, according to court filings. However, the ruling halts any further mobilization or use of these (or additional) out-of-state troops. The administration has not publicly commented on plans to appeal or proceed despite the block, but internal memos indicate ongoing preparations to keep around 300 California personnel federalized through January 2026, pending the court’s next steps.

STEPHEN MILLER’S MILITANT MIND
Miller now equates doxxing of tax-paid federal kidnappers as “terrorism.” Enjoy the gaslighting. LINK

Miller also is incorrect on the already-screwed-up federal “asylum” statutes. LINK strictly speaking, asylum and immigration policy are separate, NIETHER immigration NORE ASYLUM are mentioned in it. Neither is a federal purview.

Jon Oliver mostly offers annoying darts on his program. This time, though he misplaces the reason for Miller’s bombast, Oliver offers some humor and a leap-point to look into the fact that it is not “white supremacy” Miller seeks, it is US-Zio-Banking-Corporate supremacy, and the police state is necessary for the mercantilism to be as solid as he wants it to be. Miller threatened those who would stand in the way of the fed juggernaut. Federal District Judge Diane Goodstein recently ruled against just that when it comes to the feds wanting election data from a state. She is a judge in the Circuit Court of South Carolina in Calhoun County (part of the First Judicial Circuit), and the case was Crook v. South Carolina Election Commission, in which plaintiff Dr. Anne Crook (a Calhoun County voter) sued to prevent the state from sharing voter data with the U.S. Department of Justice, citing privacy concerns under the state constitution. Judge Goodstein issued a temporary restraining order blocking the data transfer… Her home just exploded in flames and her family only escaped by jumping out windows, some suffering broken legs. On Sunday, the White House said that a hostage release was imminent. On Saturday, the White House said that “Israel has agreed to the initial withdrawal line” and that a “Ceasefire will be IMMEDIATELY effective.”

An Israeli spokesperson told journalists that “there’s no ceasefire in place at this point in time.” Israel continued its bombing campaign on Gaza on Sunday, killing at least 24 Palestinians.

Peace negotiations will take place on Monday in Egypt. The U.S. will reportedly send White House envoy Steve Witkoff and President Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner.

The White House is portraying this as President Trump strong-arming Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu into accepting the deal.

It posted this Axios article quoting the President telling Netanyahu that he has no choice but to take it. Axios also reports that Trump told the Israeli Prime Minister that he’s “always so f***ing negative.”

HAMAS Agrees to peace plan… The Hamas leadership is being smart, promising to release their detainees, and, thus, eliminating the faux-moral mask the Israeli genocide machine used as a justification to continue slaughtering innocent people every day. Likely Netanyahu will pretend to “favor” looking at the plan, will not stop killing people, then will claim some provocation to ramp up the attacks and the ethnic cleansing.

IMMIGRATION

BIRTHRIGHT ISSUE
The First Circuit heard an appeal to a Boston case on birthright citizenship and Friday released a ruling that Trump will not like. It’s very clear that the 14th Amendment’s citizenship clause applies to any child born in any state, regardless of the parents’ citizenship, unless the parents are foreign diplomats who are not “under the jurisdiction” of the state they might be visiting. TPS
On the other side of the immigration coin, we have the “Temporary Protective Status” for one subset of those protected, Venezuelans. The SCOTUS has spoken, and paved the way for Trump to reverse what Biden allowed, shaft these people, and continue the kidnapping and removal of them. As the report states: ‘The Supreme Court sided with the Trump administration over Venezuelans fighting for temporary protected status in the U.S., over dissent from the court’s three Democratic appointees. Friday’s order follows an earlier one in May that sided with the administration over a dissent from Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson. Jackson on Friday called the latest move from the majority “yet another grave misuse of our emergency docket.”’

I want to offer some extra “immigration-case” info, here…

The Supreme Court ruling in question is narrowly tailored to the Trump administration’s termination of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Venezuelan nationals only and does not extend to TPS designations for other countries. The case (Noem v. National TPS Alliance) stemmed from a U.S. District Court order that blocked the Department of Homeland Security’s decision to end Biden-era TPS protections for over 300,000 Venezuelans, citing evidence of racial animus and irreparable harm to beneficiaries. The Supreme Court, in an emergency stay issued on October 3, 2025, lifted that block specifically for the Venezuelan designation, allowing the termination to proceed pending further appeals. This means Venezuelan TPS holders who arrived under the 2021 and 2023 designations now face deportation risks, with protections set to expire as early as November 7, 2025.

This story is rich. DHS Queen Noem complains that state of ILL officials blocked her from using a bathroom in a municipal building. She is not welcomed in the state, not officially requested to be there by the state government, and her position is highly unconstitutional. Her complaints echo the way she has treated hundreds of her kidnap victims, held in jails and ICE detention facilities - which ALSO are unconstitutional. LINK

Twas a full and fine eve, tonight, on he program, beginning with the breaking news that Hamas has accepted the Trump “peace” plan, an overview of the specifics (with a focus on the fact that Israel has broken every other agreement since October, 2023) and deep coverage of the Israeli treatment of the Sumud Flotilla members that the IDF kidnapped on international waters. Here is more of the info we covered on the show:

Israel-Gaza-Sumud Update:

The last of the flotilla ships to get past the Israeli Navy has been boarded, its crew kidnapped. LINK Their Final VID

497 members of the Sumud Flotilla have been kidnapped and imprisoned by the Israeli govt. Here is one clip of the gun-toting goons. The Zionist genocide participants have locked their victims in the Ketziot Prison in the Negeve Desert. This prison is known for the harsh way the operators treat their captives.

While there, Israeli “Security” Minister Ben Gavir (a man internationally wanted in 35 nations for war crimes and complicity in genocide), shot video of himself mocking the captives. They sang at him, “Palestine Will Be Free,” and he looked a little bit unprepared for their strong resistance to his mockery. LINK

Gavir has stated that he wants to hold the kidnap victims for months, but that is already “an inoperable statement”, as they say in politics. LINK

He likes to prance and parade and strut and strike poses (translated with subtitles). LINK And he tried to depict the flotilla as something other than a humanitarian mission. LINK

A few flotilla participants who are members of the Italian parl have been sent back to Italy. LINK

Many of the captives are engaging in a hunger strike after being kept on their knees for five hours while in zip-tie handcuffs (more)and denied food for long stretches in the first place. LINK

But one person on the beach, and perhaps more, saw the final boat of the flotilla, the Metilda, before it was attacked… LINK

RUSSIA-UKRAINE
The Russian government just made a big deal with Iran to develop small nuclear reactors. Meanwhile, the US and Israel prepare to attack Iran and they demand that Iran back out of its nuke agreement w Russia. LINK
Meanwhile… Ursula von der Leyen and others in the EU are demanding that EU nations like Hungary drop Russian nat-gas imports. Victor Orban is not having it. And Ursula claimed that American nat-gas prices are lower than Russia’s. That is false.

Russian LNG (the bulk of remaining Russian supplies) has been cheaper than US LNG on a delivered basis in 2025 so far, contrary to von der Leyen’s claim. This holds even as US exports dominate EU LNG imports (55% share vs. Russia’s 14%).

Pipeline Russian gas would likely be comparably priced or slightly lower without liquefaction/shipping costs, but its volumes are negligible post-Nord Stream sabotage and Ukraine transit wind-down (ending Jan 2025).

IRAN
