We’re chatting with Rebekah Lyons on the podcast today! Rebekah is the mom of 4 kids ranging in age from 20 down to 8. She is both an adoptive and special needs mom. Rebekah wants MORE vitality for herself and moms. When was the last time you heard that word? Vitality means the state of being strong and active with energy. So often we live in a state of exhaustion, not vitality. Rebekah encourages us to shift our perspective towards vitality with proactive rhythms and disciplines. We also discuss suffering and how God anoints our pain to produce fruit. Part of suffering is accepting what is; a wayward child, a broken marriage, a crisis of health. Invite God into that pain and put him center stage. It is in that moment of weakness and despair that we find a sweet communion with the one who holds us close.

So much of our time is spent making the lives of those around us better, but what could be more important than first praying for them? As we navigate life in 2021, we all need more prayer.
