I wish we could wave a magic wand and make everything work out like we want. We live in a day when walking out the front door takes all the courage we can muster. What will today hold? Everything feels out of sorts, confusing and scary. We can all use more trust, but who or what are we trusting in? Here’s what I know about motherhood: I want my kids to trust me. I want them to know that I am always working for their good, always seeking their best interest, always there when they need me. Can you hear God saying the same things to us? God wants us to trust him in all these same ways and more. Today, Rebecca shares scriptures that remind us that our great God and Father is worthy of our trust. There is nothing and no one else that is truly capable of bringing about good in all situations. When you are afraid, you can trust God. When you misplace your comfort in what this world offers then choose instead to trust God. If you fill your heart and mind with God’s truth, then more trust will overflow from it.
