One of my all-time favorite athletes is Deion Sanders aka PrimeTime! His confidence in himself is something that drew me into him at an early age, and one of his most famous quotes is something I have leaned on throughout my life. He once said, “If you look good, you feel good. If you feel good, you play good. And if you play good, they pay good!”  These simple words have helped me when I’ve need confidence the most. Allow me to break down what it all means to me.

Studies show that practicing gratitude on a regular basis can raise your mood and also boost your self-esteem, will power, long term health, and even your level of success in life! Focus on WHAT you're grateful for, state WHY you are grateful for it, and HOW you honor your spirit of gratitude!
