本集文章：Sinasera 24 的冬季菜單與餐酒搭配

如果要說台灣近幾年來討論度最高的 fine dining 餐廳，位於台東長濱的 Sinasera 24 一定是其中之一。不但早就耳聞他是東台灣最難訂到的餐廳，在今年 11 月公布的 500 盤中，不但拿下了七個餐盤，主廚 Nick 楊伯偉也榮獲九大特別獎中的矚目新秀獎。

餐廳本身的名字就傳達了他的理念。「Sinasera」是阿美族語「大地」的意思，而「24」則代表傳統的二十四節氣。他們希望以最新鮮的在地食材，結合法式料理手法，將東海岸的山珍海味呈現給造訪的客人。網路上其實已經有不少相關的食記，實際造訪後，確實也相當的驚艷，不但是料理本身，整個用餐體驗，餐廳氛圍，料理的理念和創意，不但清楚地表現出他的特色，完成度也非常高。
今天這集主要紀錄我在 2021 年 11 月中造訪時，Sinasera 24 的冬季菜單，以及當晚的餐酒搭配。
