General Hospital sees Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) finds herself in a desperate situation as she tries to protect Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) from Drew Cain Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison). With Nina running out of time and options, she may be forced to reveal the secret affair between Drew and herself in hopes of turning Willow against him. However, the cunning Drew may have other plans, potentially flipping the script and further straining Willow and Nina's tumultuous mother-daughter relationship on the ABC soap opera.

GH sees Ned Ashton (Wally Kurth) and Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) are plotting to expose Drew and Nina's past relationship themselves, using it as leverage against Drew. This reveal, however, may backfire, jeopardizing Nina's relationship with Willow even more. In addition, Carly Corinthos Spencer (Laura Wright) may find herself caught in the crossfire as the secret affair becomes public knowledge. 

General Hospital sees Nina teaming up with Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), thanks to Ava Jerome (Maura West), Nina hopes to expose Drew's true nature before he can cause any more damage. Yet, with Drew holding the upper hand, the outcome remains uncertain.
