General Hospital sees a surprising alliance is set to form with the intent of exposing Drew Cain's (Cameron Mathison) true colors to Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen). Fans are speculating that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) might be one half of this duo, given her past with Drew and her desire to protect Willow. However, the identity of her unlikely partner remains a mystery on the ABC soap opera. 

GH viewers suggest it could be Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) or Carly Corinthos Spencer (Laura Wright), despite their past disagreements with Nina. Alternatively, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) could be a potential ally. In the meantime, Drew and Willow seem to be moving forward with their relationship, undeterred by the looming threat.
