Today, we'll explore our decision making skills and uncover how and why we make the decisions that we do in our everyday lives. Can a single decision change the course of our lives? Do we even know when we're making decisions? What is decision making anyway and who is in charge of my life?

Today, we'll take a look at a single traumatic event from our youth and how the potent emotion of fear from that event has shaped our self-esteem and the way in which we defend ourselves.

Today, we'll explore the relationship between our bodies (which includes our mind) and the rest of our relational existence--the relational existence we have between our self and others around us, and also the earth and our environment. We'll look at how the effects of stress can create an unauthentic embodiment of the external factors that disconnect us from our Essential self and our Essence.

Today, we'll explore finding JOY in truthful expression to help achieve a self that is authentic, conscious and free.

Today, we'll look at the job market and the urgent need to reinvent and shape-shift the global workforce, reinventing labor with an infusion of personal values as well as monetary rewards or wealth.

Purpose is an ancient concept seen in religions, in poetry, in philosophy and in any practice that creates higher levels of enlightenment and peace. We learn that purpose isn't something to be found--it's something we can develop from within.
