In this class we can wake up with gratitude, recognizing the sacredness in every moment and aligning ourselves with the higher dimensions of consciousness.
This gentle full body morning stretch is designed to awaken your body and open your heart. In this class, we meet the day with reverence. We allow gratitude to move through the breath and fom that place of embodied presence, we infuse our day with the energy of devotion and the sacredness of being alive.
