The New York Yankees have another Cy Young winner! Gerrit Cole was unanimously voted as the American League Cy Young Award winner for 2023! Cole was one of the only positive things in an otherwise forgettable Yankees season, and we celebrate his big win! After finishing as the runner-up in 2019 and 2021, he finally wins his first Cy Young in 2023. Hmmm, does this mean he’ll be in the running again in 2025? There’s something to look out for.
