Have you been in a funk? Not feeling like yourself? I know the last few months I have had not my normal mindset. This past week I realized how subconsciously I let myself slip into a victim. mentality. It wasn't obvious, but I noticed more negative self talk, lack of hope, feeling out of alignment and overwhelm. Thankfully I was able to shift from a victim mindset to an empowered one.
