    A Dream Come True!!
Grant Holton has always had a crush on Alexis "Alex" West since a tender age, she was the first girl he ever kissed and vice versa.
Grant went away to law school while Alex stayed in Texas, worked at the local diner, helped her sister Lauren around the ranch and started dating bad boy Travis Nolan. The latter proposed to Alex which didn't sit well with her sisters, Lauren and Haley but when Alex found out about her sister Lauren's marriage to Chase Graham.....things were a little tense for awhile between the sisters. Lauren advised Alex not to settle for anything nor anyone less than she deserves.
Travis Nolan has let Alex down so many times and she always forgave him but him getting drunk on her birthday was the beginning of the end for them.....the last straw was when she found out that he was kissing Savannah Douglas.
Grant was there for Alex when she was hit with the most devastating night of her life...Grant suffered the loss of a great friend he met while he was in Harvard and that lead him to come home. Alex and Grant have been each other's pillars. They grew closer and fell in love in spite of outside forces trying to keep them apart and Alex's misconception about her not being good enough for Grant.
A must read, the way Alex's love realization came about was beautifully done...She realized it has always been Grant for her.
    A very heart-warming, tender story.
I loved this story! IMO- Grant & Alex couldn't be more perfect for each other, in so many ways. I also loved the suspense within the story. I wouldn't have guess in a million years, who the culprit turned out to be. What a wicked twist of events. This story made me laugh, cry, made me mad at times, and last but not least....it made me jump for joy.
Now I can't wait to read Hailey's story. She seems like a little spit fire, who loves to bug her sisters at the most inconvenient times. But then again, isn't that what most younger siblings do? I think it might be time for a little payback, right?
Better than Loving Lauren, although with a few issues
Alex is an improvement over Lauren - I could't warm up to her because she was kind of bipolar. My problem with Alex is... there's not much to be tamed. I mean, she was in a long-term (8 years) relationship with an idiot who's getting redeemed in a later book, but there's nothing that makes us think she cheated or that she did anything but continually forgive him.

Incredible Story, Like nothing I've read before!
CAN I GIVE THIS BOOK 10 STARS? I went into this book completely blind, I didn't have the slightest idea what it was about, honestly it was a price I couldn't pass up so I thought I'd give it a try.
This books was gripping and suspenseful, I couldn't stop listening. The characters were all compelling and very strong, they each had their own completely different personalities and it worked so well! I think I laughed, I shed some tears, I smiled with pride and I smiled with happiness all in this one book. I don't have any knowledge about this subject and after this book I really want to read more about it.The details about the location and places in this story were great, the author truly made me want to visit places I've never even thought about before. She did a fabulous job on research and the writing style was perfect. For me this book was simply incredible.
I think listening to the audiobook probably made this great book amazing! Amy McFadden was PERFECT! She had the exact emotions reflected in her voice every second. I loved that she did all different voices so no matter who was talking you always knew even if she hadn't said it yet. Most narrators can't or don't do that especially a female narrator with male voices, they usually only have one voice for the opposite sex! I will be adding her to my list of narrators to search when looking for knew audiobooks.
Mystery, Drama & Romance All in One
An enjoyable listen that held my interest. The ending is a bit predictable and rushed, but it ultimately delivered. The inspirations for the story were the most interesting, though. The narrator is very good, which makes listening a lot better.
    Excellent story
This is an excellently written tale with interesting characters. By the middle of the book the unimaginable happens and I couldn't stop listening.
    Highly Intriguing
The complexities in the characters... The overall plot... The imagery.. All are outstanding in this book. I could not bear to put it down.
    The Unimaginable Good Book @$7.34!

    NUMBER OF HEARTS: 4 1/2
    REVIEW:
This was my second time reading this book. Well I read the first time and then listened on audio. Here was my original thoughts after my first read.
I would say breaking up an attempted mugging is not the best way to meet a woman, but leave it up to Alexander Blue to do just that. Being in the right place at the right time not only let him save Mina from being mugged, kidnapped or worse, but also gave Blue a chance met a woman that just possible could be it for him. That is if she will let him get close.
Another great Red Stone Security story. My only issue is that I read this story so fast. I wanted more of Blue!! I just loved him and Mina! I hope to get a glimpse of them in a future Red Stone Security story.
If you are a fan of this series you will want to make sure to add this book to your must read list. If you are new to this series not worries this book can easily be read as a stand alone.
My opinion has not changed. I loved this book. I loved Blue even more. And Mina that girl has guts and a wicked right arm. Loved it!! I was very honored to get an audio copy of this book to review. Sophie Eastlake does a great job again in this series. I just love it when a narrator brings the characters to life.
    Disclaimer:
I received a complimentary copy of the audiobook from Katie Reus in exchange for an honest review. This review is my own opinion and not a paid review.
Another nail biting story in this series
I am definitely hooked on Ms Reus stories, and this one reinforces my new audiobook addiction.
This story centers around Mina and Blue/Alex.
Mina is an heiress who has moved to Key West not only for inspiration as an artist, but also for anonymity. Blue is an ex-Marine, now working with Red Stone Security, and in Key West after finishing a case . They meet when he sees her being attacked by two men, and comes to her rescue. The attraction is evident as is the possibility that the attack was not a simple case of a mugging.
The story is filled with action, moments of holding your breath, bad guys, hunky guys, suspense, family dynamics, and of course romance.
Will Red Stone Security figure out whats going on? Will Blue be able to keep Mina safe? And if he does, will they find their HEA?
An entertaining story with a complex plot, as well as well developed characters.

    Waste of $
What disappointed you about All He Needs?
Honestly I think this series is ridiculous, silly and out of touch.
The second book is even worse. The way this girl is treated by this guy makes me sick, so humiliating, demeaning. She is treated like crap.. oh but he is so hot and amazingly beautiful so it is ok to let him treated me like shit. No, i'm sorry, no normal woman should think this is romantic or acceptable just because a man has a huge d*** and $ to shut you up.. what made me laugh was hearing Kate say she was a feminist.. what? ms wolfe really should check the definition of that word.
What was most disappointing about C.C. Gibbss story?
Im seriously sick and tired of these stories where women are portrayed like brainless beings who would let a man treat them like garbage and still think they are prince charming, oh but they are rich and hot, and they change 180 for me in the end... sorry, but no thanks.
If i could give it 0 stars I would. I want my credits back!
What do you think the narrator could have done better?
The problem was not the narrator. The writer is the issue.
What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?
Im seriously sick and tired of these stories where women are portrayed like brainless beings who would let a man treat them like garbage and still think they are prince charming, oh but they are rich and hot, and they change 180 for me in the end... sorry, but no thanks.

    forced myself to finish
at best this book was mediocre compared to other like it I've read. even worse it was slow moving.. I wish I saved my credit
    It was infinitesimally not enjoyable
Would you try another book from C.C. Gibbs and/or Elena Wolfe?
I don't think so because, I really didn't care for the main characters in these three books. I purchased all three at one time because I usually end up buying an entire series and I am struggling getting through book three, but I paid for it so I will. The sex scenes could not even keep me interested. Kate should have been called cat because she was like one in heat, I didn't care for the concept of an MIT graduate acting like a horny teenager that needed orgasms so much that she put up Dominic, who I felt was just a controlling jerk and spoke to her terribly at times.

To make matters worse, she'll be working alongside Weston James, her childhood crush and the one man she has tried desperately to forget.

As Weston attempts to thaw the frozen walls around her heart, Georgia endeavors to let go of her fears and give love a second chance. If she does, will she finally believe that Christmas can be more than a cliché?

Great plot and not overly religious!
I loved this book. The characters and plot were well developed. I loved the sweetness of the story and appreciate that while God/church was present, it didn't define the novel. Great read.
    definitely a cliche
book was definitely a cliche lol. i tuned out every once in awhile. i wished the reader was more enthusiastic with her reading. but it happens.
    Wonderful Christmas Story
This was such a wonderful way to spend the day. I loved the story of Georgia and Weston!
A wonderful story of returning home, forgiveness, and love.
A little mellow dramatic for me
This story at times seemed a little more like a soap opera than a sweet Christmas romance. Just in the way it was written and the performance. Overall, the story was good and I enjoyed the message. But the mellow dramatic delivery was a little too over-the-top for me
    A charming Christmas story!
Oh, the power of words - The words Georgia's mother told her over and over as she grew up drove her to L.A but what happens when she's forced back to her hometown?
A charming Christmas story set in a close knit town. A community that comes together for a sick little girl. I liked the sweet little voice the narrator did for Savannah!

The BEST Kind of Trouble & Start To Series
I absolutely love Lauren Dane and think she is a genius in writing naughty, contemporary romances. The Brown family series, the Chase Brothers series and a few standalone are some of my favorites. I got them several years ago, I have listened more than once and know that I will listen again to those same books in the future.
I'm not sure how I feel about the Hurley boys. It may be that I have been listening to several rock band series and am bored or well, I don't know.
Natalie has complete control over her life now. Something she covets because she didn't have it as a child. As a party girl, back in the day, she has a two-week fling with front man, Paddy Hurley (I wasn't thrilled with the name Paddy for a guy. Perhaps if it was the narrator was speaking in a thick Irish brogue it would have been better) before his band hit it big. But now she is different, enjoying her quiet life.
The Hurley boys have settled in Hood River and in one day Paddy and Natalie run into one another. She pretends she doesn't know him even after he puts several reminders out to her. She want nothing to do with the wild man or his lifestyle.
The chase is endearing but superficial to the listener. There isn't much of a deep plot and it ended rather predictable. However, it is not billed as a thriller, a mystery or suspense. It is a hot, contemporary romance with many, many hot scenes! Sometimes that is just what one needs!
The narrator was good. Though she made Natalie's best friend "Tuesday" (are we running out of names?) sound like a man, even though the character is a woman. Other than that it is an acceptable performance.
Note: Definitely for the 18+ crowd with with mature themes and strong language
Thank you for reading my review, if you found that it was helpful in your decision to purchase, would you take a moment and select yes directly below this text? Thank you
    Disappointed with performance
Story line was good not great. Paddy and Natalie had a past that was memorable. Natalie had been living n his hometown for years and always knew the day she came face-to-face with Paddy Hurley again.
There were ups and downs with their reunion, but the chemistry was still there and more. The both had a level of control issues. Natalie ' was more out of self preservation than anything.
Watching their relationship grow and mature was good. I found a few flaws in the combination of the story's ending and the bland narration. There was no true distinction in male and female voices.

    Wished it were better
Would you try another book from Rachel Gibson and/or Emma Bates?
Yes, I like her narration. It's clean, dry and she moves from voice to voice effortlessly.
Would you ever listen to anything by Rachel Gibson again?
Absolutely. I have downloaded all her audios. I wish audible would release more.
What would have made this romance irresistible?
More coupling character development. There just wasn't enough sizzle there.
    Any additional comments?
While I was not a huge fan of this audio, it has some pluses. The characters from truly, Idaho are entertaining. The story worked- it just wasn't great. Rachel Gibson has set the bar pretty high so when she's nails a story, she nails it! This was not great but good enough.
    Sudden ending
I felt like the ending was very abrupt. Especially when compared to her other books. I am a bit thrown because it ended so quickly and I still have questions about some of the characters. Hmmm... That is why I gave the book three stars instead of four stars.
    Abrupt ending
If youve listened to books by Rachel Gibson before, how does this one compare?
I like Rachel Gibson's writing style and have listened to all her audiobooks. I enjoyed this book. The story was cute, simple and true to style. It was not special nor one of her best and the ending was abrupt.

A sequel with more depth and interest - a rarity
As you'd expect from a sequel, the story continues where the first left off. However, unlike other series where each book tends to be just another episode with melodrama and pages of angst to act as page fillers, this one actually adds depth. Personally I think this book is better than the first and I almost didn't buy it because I thought it would be one of those where the same story is retold from another viewpoint. Surprisingly, what I found is that the plot that was sketched out in the first book thickens as Tristan finds out the extent of his family's wrong doings and his difficulty in coping with that and the effect that it has on his tenuous relationship with Nina. The only disappointing thing is that the story does not end and we have to wait for another volume (hopefully not more) to get our happy ending.
WOW WOW WOW... WHAT AN EMOTIONAL FOLLOW-UP
As Tristan and Nina's rocky relationship continues there's tender loving moments and heartbreaking ones too as the plot deepens and we get to uncover, along with Tristan, the shocking secrets that's been kept from him with devastating emotional consequences for them both. There's also a betrayal, a death and the unknown 'mystery caller' is uncovered and he's an evil powerful enemy to have and he's getting impatient. This time the story is told from both Tristan and Nina's POV and it's great to finally hear Tristan's thoughts and feeling on their relationship as he tries to win Nina's love again and the utter despair he feels when the past proves too much for him to bear alone.
I love love love this trilogy, couldn't wait to continue hearing about their story and I've got to own up that I've been just a wee bit unsociable for the last 7hrs and 39 mins as I happily got sucked into all the drama, turmoil, twists, surprises and the powerful love story between a guilt-ridden loving man and a trusting guileless loving woman.
Worth a credit? So far it's been sweet, frustrating, annoying, beautiful, shocking, hot, heartbreaking and very very enjoyable.... so that folks is a YES and I'm off to beg Audible to get book 3 ASAP.

    No
What did you like best about this story?
    Not much
    Which scene was your favorite?
    The end
    Any additional comments?
I hate it when one book in a series leads into another one and in this case you have to buy all four expensive books to =get one story. As an English teacher, I know this can be cut down to one, and that would be a much better book. These are long, tedious at some points and a bit juvenile for a mystery/love story.
