Today’s guest has his Doctorate (ABD) in Sport Psychology and uses his training to help his players redefine their horizon and reach unexpected new heights.

Described as clever, innovative, and hardworking, he has consistently helped his pitching staffs improve. He has coached at some of the top programs in the nation, including Louisiana Lafayette, including his current position where he helped his pitchers set a program-best ERA this past season.

He also has extensive high-level experience as a fastpitch softball player himself! He has been playing at the Major level of the North American Fastpitch Association (NAFA) as both a pitcher and an outfielder. He was voted Most Valuable Player, was a 16-time NAFA All-World Team selection, and was inducted into the NAFA Hall of Fame.
