On this episode of GET TO KNOW YOU, we discuss another thought-provoking topic; ‘How does channelled movement create different flow states?’. This week, I’ll be sitting down with Genevieve Kayra (IG genevieve.kayra). She is a Kizomba artist and modern mystic originally from Australia, and currently living in Spain. Dance and spirituality have been the main pathways of her lifetime so far. Kayra codes is her unique method of teaching Kizomba, embodiment, women's work and mysticism. The main theme of Kayra codes is "as above, so below.' recognizing the interconnectedness of all beings and of all of life. In recognizing our own inner union and oneness, we then begin to recognize this all around us. The more we operate through oneness, the more we create peace and harmony in our lives. Tune in as we discuss; What is flow state? What are the triggers to enter flow state? What is channelled movement? What does it mean by different flow states? And more. Stay tuned to the end of the episode where Clifford shares an exciting finding and to find out how you can join the conversation on the Get To Know You Café.
