The book has lots of information! Includes basic guidelines at the beginning, but later on provides 7 day meal plan, lots of recipes and advice. Although I do not agree with every restriction and guideline provided, but despite that, it will still effectively will help you loose weight. When you'll have more experience with your body, weight and food, you'll be able to see what restrictions don't really apply for you. Good luck!
Lots of Useful Tips about Healthy Eating!
I think this book is useful when sharing about common mistakes when eating out. It helps me to stay alert on the usual eating habit when eating out. Besides, I like the 7-day menu plan shared in the book which makes me clearer on exactly what to eat for staying healthy. Inside this book, there is a long list of smoothies recipes too which I love very much! Great share!

Itâs not that I want to loose weight, but I would definitely like to feel better and more energetic. The book provides 7-day menu plan, which I find very helpful. Another useful thing is a list of fat burning super foods as oranges, pears, spices, etc. And you actually can mix all that ingredients in smoothies or soups.

these guidelines help when ordering food that you are unsure about. The advice is good and well thought out but not competly appliable to all people. The meal planner is good and I have not used one before but this made me eat only what I planned to eat instead of snacking or odering other food. i have shared the meal plan with friends and they are using it also. the whole book gives great advice and is very useful.
