Martine Vik Magnussen's body was found hidden under rubble in the basement of a block of flats in Great Portland Street, Marylebone, London, on 16 March 2008. She had been raped and murdered and died as the result of strangulation. Farouk Abdulhak, her one-time friend and who she was last seen with on the night of her death, is the son of billionaire and one of Yemen's wealthiest men Shaher Abdulhak.
