Lauren sits down with Marc Deschenes and discuss his path to playing major league baseball, how sport psychology influenced his career, and what he's doing now. Marc is the owner of GameTime Sports & Fitness and Life Skills Sports Academies, among a few other businesses as well. He shares about his trials and triumphs in the world of college and professional baseball. He highlights how he used sport psychology in his baseball career, as well as how he continues to use it with his athletes.
It's no surprise, Marc is still in a batting cage every day, so if you hear a few clinks of the bats in the background, don't be surprised!
Marc's story is unique and intriguing. Listen and let us know what you think.
