Julie was a division 1 soccer player, who had the unpleasant experience of tearing her ACL 4 times. It drove her into her career as a PT, but not without its mental battles. We are so grateful Julie opens up about experiencing anxiety and depression, which isn't always easy to talk about. She covers when she finally decided to hang her cleats up and why, times where she almost gave up, but persevered, and what she's doing now with Move Strong Physical Therapy & Just4Kicks.
