Here: registrations/website Download the Nike Run Club (NRC) app, to access Lydia’s Cycle Run with Dr. Stacy Sims, the Nike Melbourne Marathon Festival training programs and more guided runs, here: https://www.nike.com/au/nrc-app Training Programs: The NRC app has training programs for all distances leading up to the Marathon, and they’re open to everyone whether you’re training for the Marathon, shooting for a new PB or simply want to add some structure to your running routine! Which is Epic! Simply head to the NRC app and click “start your training journey” . Scroll down until you find “training plans” and select your registered distance (there's 5km, 10km, half Marra and full Marra). Once you have done this you will put in your details and get sent a full training plan. It’s that simple!
