GFG Resources is a gold explorer with gold assets in the US and Canada. The gold player is headquartered in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada.

GFG Resources owns 100% of both the Pen Gold Project and Dore Gold project. GFG Resources claims that both these gold mining projects are large and 'highly prospective.' They are located in the west of the renowned Timmins gold district in Ontario, Canada. 

GFG Resources believes that Pen and Dore have the same geological setting that has been proven to hold a huge amount of gold in the Timmins Gold Camp, which has produced close to 70Moz of gold. 

The company has an additional district-scale gold exploration project in Wyoming, called the Rattlesnake Hills Gold Project. Once again, GFG Resources believes that Rattlesnake has the same kind of geological setting, alteration and mineralisation that is seen as numerous gold projects in the Rocky Mountain alkaline province, which has produced around 50Moz of gold. But .they need a partner with a large balance sheet. This is non-core for GFG.
