Ghost Magnet with Bridget Marquardt

Today’s guest on Ghost Magnet with Bridget Marquardt is author Clete Keith.  Clete Keith never had thoughts of writing a book, let alone one on the paranormal. He was not someone totally convinced in the existence of ghosts or spiritual hauntings-until he started working at Greystone Mansion in Beverly Hills. After twenty-two years and retirement looming, he woke up one night at three o'clock with the idea of writing a book about all the stories he has heard as well as his own experiences. These eyewitness accounts detail supernatural activities and historical narratives connected to the Doheny Estate. Or, what most people like to call, “Greystone Mansion.” His book, Ghosts of Greystone - Beverly Hills is not just a collection of ghost stories, but a landmark exposé of eyewitness accounts detailing supernatural activity associated with this extraordinary location. All this plus Lisa Morton with an all new Ghost Report.

Happy Presidents Day!  Since it is President’s Day here in the US, we thought it would be fun to have a guest on that knows all the ghost stories that have ties to our founding fathers, the bloody wars that established our country and probably the most famous Haunted House in the World…the White House! Todays guest is historian and author, Michelle Hamilton. Hamilton is the author or editor of several books including “I Would Still Be Drowned in Tears”: Spiritualism in Abraham Lincoln’s White House and Mary Ball Washington: The Mother of George Washington, Civil War Ghosts and Haunted Land: Ghosts, Witches and Divination in the 18th Century. A lifelong student of history, Hamilton has worked as a docent at several museums across the county.  She is currently the manager of the Mary Washington House in Fredericksburg, VA.  All this, plus Lisa Morton with an all new Ghost Report, this week on GHOST MAGNET.

Hey everybody, welcome to a special Christmas edition of Ghost Magnet. We wanted to do something really different tonight, so we’re going back to something that the Victorians used to do in the 1800s: we’re going to tell you a Christmas ghost story. We've brought in Del Howison, Scott Michaels, Patti Negri and Lisa Morton to help us out.
