With zero explanation for her mystery hiatus, or the major gap between episodes, Michelle takes the reins back from Kelly and has triumphantly returned, just like old times.  Today the duo discuss the gratitude they have for not just the bodies they were given but the wisdom to be conscious of taking care of themselves.  The concept of "use it or lose it" is still as true today as it was when it as first coined.  Michelle and David share their secrets to their motivation and encourage the listeners to follow suit with a stern and ominous warning from the crystal ball.    

Back in "Hades Town" where golden memories were once routinely forged, sculpted and shaped, is now creating memories just as easily surrendered.  Yes, another deserveed point blank blasting of San Francisco, the giant war zone centered in a toilet.  The lesson today is, you can't always have pleasant remarkable memories - "remarkable" means just that.... it's worthy of conversation.  Sometimes, sharing "bad" memories is more valuable than sharing the good ones, especially if there is a strong lesson.  So.... guess what....  School is IN session today folks.

As the clock winds down on Michelle's hiatus, Kelly and David take their waning opportunity to sound off on the culture of litter bugs and how it's gotten completely out of hand.  Why have signs that boast a significant fine for littering?  Since no one enforces these fines or tickets anyone, those signs become ironic... since they are not effective, they are litter as well. What's the point in keeping them up?  D and K share their ridiculous tales of people behaving poorly and, boy, we hope we aren't describing you!.  

Kelly and David good deep on this 4th of July. The notions of independence and freedom are expounded. Given the theme of the day is leadership, the duo do a great job in leading the way on many levels in this episode.  While both have a romantic heart and a spot reserved for nostalgia, progress should not be impeded by looking back over your shoulder.  K and D are hoping that some of you disagree - that wonderful friction is evidence of progress.
