In a world where we are manipulated into believing true beauty is external and we have to look a specific way to be attractive, it is critical for each of you to learn the truth as early as possible. What we see on social media, ads and magazines is not real....it's filtered, fake, false.
The truth is we are all flawed in one way or another and that's honestly what makes us each uniquely beautiful. No matter what the world tries to tell us.

Are you filtered? Are you trying to hide something that the world has told you is unattractive? Have you been brainwashed into believing you're not good enough for one reason or another?

How has social media impacted the way you view yourself and/or others....is it time to reprogram your mind and transform the way you think? Outer beauty eventually fades away, while inner beauty lasts a lifetime.

By choosing the right friends and becoming more aware of your environment, you can begin to start removing yourself from toxic situations and people that don't offer you anything positive. Have you noticed that whenever you are trying to accomplish something, suddenly there are distractions all around you? From your news feed, text messages, phone calls, emails, family, etc....How good are you at avoiding the distractions? Have you ever taken a minute to think about how these distractions may be impacting you negatively?

The enemy is slick and sly, he comes in like a thief in the night and he will use anything he can to distract us from accomplishing our purpose. He doesn't want us to progress, so we need to take control by becoming very aware of his traps and stop allowing ourselves to fall into them. In this podcast I talk about setting aside protected time to get things done where you do not allow anything to distract you from your focus.

Do you know your default? What do you run or turn to in trying times? In times of stress, doubt, fear, confusion, etc? What do you find comfort in? Is it healthy or destructive? Is it helping or hurting you? Is it solving the problem or prolonging the problem? Start paying attention to your behavior(s), and start asking yourself why.  Until you begin to learn exactly how you respond to different situations then you will continue to repeat the cycle.

So come on...let's break the cycle and become the very best version of ourselves!

Some of us haven't discovered them yet, others have identified them and use them , and the rest choose not to use them even though they know what they are.  But what if, just what if everyone discovered them, sharpened them and shared them with their community?  We would live in a very  different society.

First of all, sorry for the terrible audio on this podcast. But, I felt that it was still important to download.

We live in an interesting time. A time where we are required to wear masks that cover up a majority of our faces, including our smiles...a time where we are asked to stand 6 feet apart and expected to get vaccinated. It doesn't matter what your thoughts or beliefs are about all of it, what matters is the way it is causing division and distance from society.

I encourage you to hit pause and take a moment to think about the way our new "normal" has impacted you and the people around you. Discover new ways you can still connect with people, a way you can express your kindness at a distance and your smile through the mask. How can you continue to shine your light? Don't become withdrawn or fade away without making your mark. People need you.
