We have been using the Fruits of the Spirt as a foundation in our home for what's acceptable behavior and what's not. As I share the story of the progress that my daughter and I are making as we seek after more self-control, hopefully you will begin to understand the power of how our decisions and self-control impact us and others around us in a positive and meaningful way. It starts with you.

It's important to understand that yes, we all live in this world, but it's very important that we don't become of this world. We must create boundaries in our lives to ensure that we don't allow worldly views or standards to become our own. In a world where everything is at our fingertips...where we are subjected to ads, photos and an overwhelming amount of information everyday it's important that we filter out all of the lies that the world/society is trying to brainwash us to believe.

At this time in the world, now more than ever with advanced technology we must have a self-awareness like never before or we will fall victim to an agenda that is based on lies and manipulation and it will be passed down for generations. So, wake up to the world around you and protect your thoughts and mind as if it's the last piece of gold on earth.
